The Atlanta BeltLine is a multi-purpose trail that connects many neighborhoods in the city of Atlanta. My place is steps away from the completed eastside trail that leads directly to Piedmont Park and Midtown and passes many restaurants on the way.

The Space

Two bedroom, one bath condo available located directly off Atlanta's Eastside Beltline. The condo has a nice sized spare room with a desk, computer and printer. You can comfortably sleep 2 people in the full sized bed.

I am walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars: Highland Bakery, Zuma, Kevin Rathburn, Jacks, Serpas, Parish, Barcelona and many more. No need to call a cab to get back!

I am dog friendly, but it must be well trained and can't be a crazy barker. And only one dog please!

I love living so close to so many restaurants and bars and being able to jump on the beltline and Stone Mountain PATH for a jog or bike ride. And this neighborhood is safe and the people who live here are friendly.

There is a MARTA (ATL transit system) stop a block away and the Inman MARTA train station is less than half a mile walking distance or you can park your car at the station (free parking) if you want to avoid downtown parking.

  • Susan's apartment was lovely and just around the corner of a famous breakfast bakery - that has a line going around the corner on weekends. The conference was held in Hilton just 1.2 miles away and parking on the same street was only $7.00 near the conference and free near Susan's place.

This was an easy place to access as well (email hidden) to retreat to. The kitchen was well staffed with utensils, the beds were lovely lovely tempura mattresses and the apartment itself was decorated beautifully and comfortably for 2 - 4 people. I was extremely comfortable.

I would go back in a heartbeat. Susan was very warm and welcoming.

  • I could not have asked (email hidden). Susan was very inviting and extremely generous. I had a great time in Atlanta and part of the reason why was because Susan was so flexible with me. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location in regards to fun and hip neighborhoods. The apartment was exactly as described, but with even more perks as Susan allowed for all access to the refrigerator! If I ever am in Atlanta again I would love to stay with Susan again.

  • Susan (email hidden), we were feeling just like home ! The neighboorhood is awesome, with memorable restaurants, and close to some great tourism attractions (mlk's historic site ; Jimmy carter national library). Far from a métro station (25minutes walk) but once you understand how the bus system works, it became quite easy to go downtown ! All was very clean and the little dog Lucy was sweet. Would go there if we're going back one day to Atlanta !

  • The listing was exactly as expected. The place was nice and clean. I felt safe with the security gate in front even though it was left open once. The neighborhood didn't seem bad anyway, and as the listing says it is in a great spot.
Susan (email hidden). We never saw her, but she left some instructions and some information on the neighborhood.
This was my first airbnb and it was a good experience. I'll be using airbnb again. Thanks Susan.

  • I had a excellent stay at Sue's. Everything was nice and neat. I even was able to help myself to things in the fridge (yay to free food). I really liked that it was a rather private experience. Sue was not there often. I felt like I rented a small condo for my stay. Sue was very nice. She is in an EXCELLENT area with stores literally three minutes away walking. One store has GREAT pizza and BBQ wings! lol. The place was cozy with all the amenities a traveler would need (washer, dryer, internet, printer, NETFLIX!). Sue knows I will be back:) One of the best stays I have had.

  • Susan is a very good host. She is amiable and is quick to understand the needs of her guests. I visited with my partner, and we are not the most sociable animals around, but we were right at home at Susan's place. All the advertised facilities were present, and we enjoyed living in the neighbourhood which is also a very happening place! We enjoyed breakfasts at Highland Bakery and supper at Across the Street. The trip was all round wonderful, marred only by a rather drab conference we had come to Atlanta to attend. I would definitely think of (email hidden) in the future when in the city.
