I have a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom in a duplex. When I am not renting the whole space I have a vacant bedroom that I would like to be able to accommodate travelers with. It is furnished with a full size bed, dresser and clothes rack.
Cozy, colorful, fully equip, private downstairs of a duplex. Nestled in the most active neighborhood in Charleston. Quiet street right around the corner from Hester Park and a short walk to Hampton Park. Easy bike ride to King Street or a Riverdogs game.
Best neighborhood in Charleston. Beautiful backyard to drink your coffee and read the paper, bask in the sun or enjoy a lay in the hammock. Great neighborhood for biking - fun and walkable for drinking and dining. Central to several parks with a comfortable, homey feel. Ample parking on and off street. Available year round for a quick trip or an extended vacation. Easy access to the Mount Pleasant bridge. A scenic bike ride, walk or drive to the beach.
All access to the downstairs and backyard.
Beautiful neighborhood surrounded by parks and colorful homes on the water. 2 blocks from the Ashley River.

The quiet mornings and accessibility to parks, cafes and bars.
Jen was a great host. This was our first Airbnb experience, and she made it a perfect one. The house is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood - it's a lengthy walk to the tourist hot spots in the downtown area but definitely do-able! We made the walk plenty of times and enjoyed seeing the different neighborhoods and enjoying the scenery. The bed is super comfy and Jen had towels and sheets, local brochures, and everything we needed. We felt like this was our house for the weekend because of the how open and inviting Jen is. Would definitely recommend staying here! It was perfect for our quick weekend trip.
Jen has a lovely home and is a wonderful, well organized host. She keeps an arsenal of informational materials at the ready in the guest room and throughout her home. All the necessities were laid out for my arrival and she was especially accommodating of my late arrival as a result of flight snafus. The advertised room is spacious and comfortable, and the house is in a peaceful neighborhood the perfect cycling distance from downtown, with easy access to King Street.
Jen was an awesome host, friendly, thoughtful, helpful and very responsive! Great location-easy to get to old town and close to a beautiful park, Hampton Park. Definitely recommend a stay in Charleston and with Jen.
I highly recommend Caruso's Corner if you are planning a visit to Charleston. Jen is a gracious host and extremely helpful!
The room was very clean and welcoming, as was the rest of the home. Jen has an in-depth knowledge of Charleston and all the wonderful sights to behold.
I would surely stay here again, no doubt.
Good stuff. Nice room, good area, walkable (45 mins or so) to the top of main downtown area. Taxis are cheap too (about $8-$10) and there are local buses that get you up and down pretty easily. There's a good breakfast place about 15 mins walk away called Park Cafe, which is a lovely place to stop off on the way into town.
Room itself is nice, clean and simple. Kitchen and lounge are are great, with all the facilities you'd expect.
Jen was super friendly, and made me feel at home with nice "easy come easy go" attitude.
I am so glad you were able to enjoy yourself. I am in and out a fair amount due to my hectic work schedule but like leaving all the necessary tools at guests finger tips with plenty of instructions and suggestions. I love sharing my home and am happy to have people come to town and enjoy the beautiful area!
Jen was a great host! Despite her busy schedule the few days I was there, she was very accommodating and made me feel very welcome. She even made a few recommendations that panned out very well. The room was perfect for what I needed. It was clean, there were sheets and towels, and plenty of space if I had wanted to just lounge around. Street parking was convenient and helped make getting around Charleston easier.
My trip to Charleston could not have been a better experience! Jen was a star host and made me feel right at home in her lovely abode. She is very knowledgeable of all things Charleston and very insightful in places to go and to visit. I will be back to Charleston shortly and know exactly where to stay!

I live in Charleston but travel often. I have had the chance to live in this place for 3 years now and absolutely have fallen in love with the neighborhood. I enjoy all that Charleston has to offer whether it be paddle boarding at the beach, biking the bridge or going out for food and drinks in our ever popular downtown. I work in events so I am always out and about as well.
