The house is located in the quiet part of city, with nice houses and gardens, close to the city center and highway E75.

Happy Garden is the 50m2 apartment at the ground floor within the host's house. It has one large living room, a kitchen with dining room, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with furniture and appliances. Parking (garage) is optional, 10€/day onsite.

As a capital, Belgrade has lot of areas with buildings. However, there are few parts with private villas and gardens, which is not so common for large towns. Neimar is a reputable one, especially due to its closeness to the city centre.

Our house is located in old elite part of Belgrade known as Neimar. It is the quiet quart close to city centre whose main characteristic are private villas with gardens.

- In our street are located taxi station, market, 3 cafes/restaurants, park.
- In the near vicinity, there are also other facilities - bakeries, groceries, green market, banks, exchange offices, petrol stations, pharmacy, ... (some of them are open 24h).
- In the farther vicinity, there are 2 other parks and the monumental St.Sava Temple, one of the largest Orthodox temples in the world. Red Star stadium ("Rajko Mitić") and Partizan stadium are about 20 minutes by walk. Clinical center of Serbia as well as three faculties (of medicine, stomatology and veterinary medicine) are also in the vicinity.

Goldie is working at the TV company as video editor and programme coordinator. Before discovering Airbnb, we hosted a lot of friends from various countries.
