Guest access
Guests are entitled to access the condominium super-sized amenities. Access card that will be given upon your check-in has to be left at the amenities front desk for registration.

Early check-in can be arranged only when there is no prior booking for that day. This also applies to late check out request which is subject to unit availability.

The condominium management has strict security policy and access to the lift and amenities are allowed thru the use of KEYCARD.
1. Guest valid government IDs/passport (coloured) are required to process the KEYCARD. We (host) cover the payment which all goes to the condominium management.
2. ONLY the primary guest, whose photo in the KEYCARD is allowed to use and carry it. Secondary guest/visitors must be accompanied by the primary guest when using the elevator or building amenities.
3. Corresponding penalties will be imposed for violation of guest KEYCARD misuse.
4. Additional KEYCARD may be requested with a fee of Php350 and a deposit of Php3,000.
5. KEYCARD must be returned on check out. Loss or unreturned access card will incur a penalty of Php3,000 or invalidate refund if a deposit was given.
