Amazing oceanfront condo in St. Thomas, on stunning Sapphire Beach--one of the most coveted areas on the island. Open, spacious layout features 1 bedroom with king bed, 2 twin murphy beds, and 2 sofas that pull down to beds, and 2 full baths. Pool/tennis courts on property. On the beach is a new restaurant/bar and coffee/frozen yogurt cafe and plenty of water sports and boating/fishing activities. It's just minutes to Redhook, where there's tons of restaurants and the ferry to St John!

The space
As one of the few properties located directly on the beach in St. Thomas, our condo has a gorgeous view and is located in a secure, gated community with incredibly beautiful light. The yard directly in front of the beach makes for a giant playground for kids. Just a few steps away from the beach, the condo features an open layout and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people and has WIFI, AC, 4 ceiling fans, 2 full bathrooms and plenty of storage. Free beach chairs are offered to our condo community and guests.

Complimentary essentials, including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, beach towels, etc. will be provided. Feel free to use fold out beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach toys, cooler, games, books, etc. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and table wares, as well as basic pantry items and you're welcome to use our BBQ grill. There's a TV in the living room and in the bedroom.

A giant pool and tennis courts are on premises. Kayaking, windsurfing, water sports, diving, boating and deep sea fishing excursions are available right on the beach and/or at the marina next door.

There’s a restaurant/bar directly our beach (open ‘til 6pm) and a new breakfast/ coffee/frozen yogurt cafe (that also carries toiletries and sunscreen). Sudi restaurant is in walking distance at the condo complex next door and serves wonderful Caribbean lunch and dinner. We’ve left some other recommendations and take-out menus at the condo.

Red Hook is 5 minutes away and is chock-full of restaurants and shops and it's where you can take the ferry to St. John (a 15 min boat ride).

Guest access
You will have full access to condo in a gated, secure community. If you'd like, our property manager/your host, Norma can come by during your stay to say hi and give you the lay of the land. She can also provide you with equipment such as a high chair, pack-n-play, crib or arrange for additional cleaning, laundry or babysitting services.

Other things to note
The flight to St Thomas is almost the same amount of time as it takes to get to Florida. It is U.S. owned so the language and money is all the same as in America--which is why so many U.S. citizens travel and buy property here.

Sapphire Beach is world-renowned for its beautiful turquoise waters, snorkeling, windsurfing and kite sailing (because it gets great winds!). There are tons of water sports, diving, fishing and boating activities available right on beach or at the marina on the far right.

St Thomas is widely known as the best shopping spot in the Caribbean because of its duty-free allowance of $1,600 per person and no sales tax -- which is why the jewelry stores in downtown Charlotte Amalie are so popular!

Sapphire beach is less than 5 mintues to Redhook where you enjoy its many restaurants and where you can take a quick ferry to St John (15 min) for a spectacular day trip or just go for dinner!

BEACH RECOMMENDATIONS:

Magen's Bay (15 min away) - While Sapphire beach is gorgeous, you def need to go to world-renowned, Magen's Bay Beach while you're there.

Lindquist Beach (5 min away) - One of the most virginal and pristine beaches in St Thomas is located right next door to Sapphire beach and is great for snorkeling.

St John Beaches (15 min ferry ride) - Take a ferry to St John and visit some of it's gorgeous beaches (. It's only a 15 minute ride and the restaurants are fabulous there too.

SHOPPING RECOMMENDATIONS

Charlotte Amalie (20 min away) - As you probably know, St Thomas is widely known as the best shopping spot in the Caribbean because of its duty-free allowance of $1,600 per person and no sales tax -- which is why the jewelry stores in downtown Charlotte Amalie are so popular!

Havensight Mall, Yacht Haven Grande and Crown Bay Center (20 min away) - There's more great shops and merchants at these locations.

RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS:

Red Hook (5 min away): Island Time Pub (great pizza and view!), Duffy's, Fish Tails, Italian Pesci and Raw.

French Town (20 min away): Rum Shandy, Hook, Line & Sinker, Bella Blue and Pie Whole.

Other (5-10 min away): Margaritaville is not far from the condos--try to go there for its beautiful sunsets. Secret Harbor also has a beautiful view and great food.
