Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

The space
The cabin is cozy and well kept. I clean for each guest myself to insure proper care is taken. The cabin is best suited for 2 adults but has a sofa sleeper in the living room to sleep 4. Please be advised there are stairs to access the cabin and stairs to the loft bedroom. Firewood and pets can be accommodated for an extra charge.

Other things to note
Please be sure to indicate your proper occupancy number. Failure to do so can result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and be potentially asked to vacate the property. You must notify me if you are bringing any animals to the cabin for approval. Dogs are 60 each with a max of 2. Dogs are never to be left alone in the cabin unless crated. Dogs are not to be on the furniture. Dog feces is to be cleaned up if they go in the mowed portion of yard. Any evidence of an animal in the could cause you for forfeit your security deposit. Please leave cabin just as you found it. (If your canine friend must be on the furniture with you please bring your own blankets to cover the furniture. Thank you)

Neighborhood highlights

The cabin sits on a quiet dirt road that winds thru the state park. Just a short mile walk or drive sits Rocky Fork Ranch to the north where you can enjoy horse back riding and take in some putt putt golf. We have more deer and cows in the holler than we do people.
