Beach chairs, beach towel, beach wagon & umbrella provided. Amazing location!! Grocery store, putt putt golf, water park, movies - all a short walk down to the beach.

The space
You have booked the entire property and have access to everything except the owners closet, which is locked. Exterior camera in carport.

Guest access
You have full access to the entire duplex and the grills and outdoor rinse off as well as the full driveway.

Other things to note
Only dogs allowed and 3 dogs maximum. NO CATS.

Sheets and towels will be at the property & beds are already made.

WiFi must never be turned off.

North Carolina Law prohibits grilling on the decks and balconies of rental properties. Grilling is permitted only on concrete surfaces away from wooded areas or structures. If we provide a grill, the guest is responsible for the cleaning.

All rooms have Smart TV's & no cable so you can log into your preferred streaming app and watch TV.

Top bunks rated for 400 pounds resting weight so no bouncing around please.

Please rinse sand off outside under the stairs to help keep the shower drains flowing free of sand. Island homes are all on septic systems and nobody wants those drains clogged:)
