It was our home until we purchased a B&B in Kona - it is total luxury, with travel toiletries, stocked pantry (spices, oils, coffee/tea, paper products, soaps for laundry and dish washing, cleaning supplies) plates and silverware for 8 service, all cooking needs.
Comes with concierge services, trip planning and lots of Aloha from two caring owners, very familiar with the Big Island and high end service.
Keyed access to Home Owners private Beach Club with excellent snorkeling, white sand, life guards, beach bar and restaurant.
Lagoon style pool at the complex, work out room.

Interaction with Guests
We're very interested and hands on owners who actually live here in Kona! You'll be dealing directly with us, not a distant management company for all aspects of your stay in our condo home, and same day attention to any issues if they arise. We offer help in all aspects of your holiday - we provide trip planning, advice based on interests of our guests, concierge services ahead of time, and an invitation to visit and meet us at our other property in Kona.
Casually elegant, Mauna Lani Resort offers relaxation, golfing, diving, and beaching opportunities in a non-resort feeling. Its also centrally located with easy access to the Big Islands many offerings.
You must have a vehicle for the Big Island - it's huge! Public transport is almost non existent and very inconvenient. Taxi's are quite high priced.
Other Things to Note
Electricity in Hawaii is the most expensive in the (email hidden)ease use discretion when using AC, use screen doors for flow through ventilation when possible, turn AC and lights off during the day when out. We try to keep the costs down but can only do so with your help.
NO SMOKING inside the condo, or on the lanai or pool area. only in the garden areas
Considerate noise levels -TV, music and cell phone levels/late night talking on the lanai after 9 pm.
Use of AC ONLY with doors and windows closed.
cost per night includes taxes. Cleaning fee extra at $175 - not negotiable.
