Equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, this nicely decorated apartment boasts a spacious kitchen with an adjoining, cozy dining room where the fireplace is the perfect focal point. Exposed wooden beams ensure a warm atmosphere.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where a mezzanine office area, a living room with flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower can be found. 4 guests can sleep across 2 bedrooms, one of which has an I-Pod docking station. A WC is also available.
The flat is in the second floor (no escalator), the stairway is full of historic flair.
You have full privacy in the flat, nothing is to share.
Interaction with Guests
I moved to the beautiful Atterlake 60 km out of town and will bi not present during the stay. A well experienced team including tour guides (also for special interests) will be at your service for check in, etc.
The apartment is situated in the vibrant Andräviertel District, discover cozy restaurants and interesting local shops. The Großes Festspielhaus Festival Hall is 10 minutes’ away on foot.
Many handicrafts, old shops and countless restaurants can be found along the beautiful old district of Linzer Gasse. Feel the historic flair and spirit of this unique place.
Public transfer is very convient, 3 minutes to the bus stations, taxi point or parking garage, 15 minutes to central train station. All sightseeing Highlights (including city mountains) in walking distance. The next parking garage is 3 minutes to walk (weekly costs are cheaper than 3-days!)

Checkout in the morning is 10 am, check in after 3.30 pm.
