Interaction with Guests
I will not be there during your stay. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. I will most likely be in New York during that time to help answer any questions or give you great suggestions.
The neighborhood is cozy and residential with tons of bars and great restaurants.
The subway is only half a block away. You can be in Manhattan in 8 minutes! The neighborhood has so many bars, restaurants, and things to do. 10 minute walk to Bedford or a 2 minute subway ride. It's a residential neighborhood with a ton of charm and character. You can also walk over the Williamsburg bridge which lets out in the Lower East Side.
From JFK take the A train from JFK to Broadway Station East New York. Transfer to a Manhattan bound L train. Get off at Graham Ave. Apartment is on the same block as the subway, 10 steps from the train.
Please no smoking inside the apartment and it would be great if you could take your shoes off when inside.
You are free to have people over--just no parties and it would be best if you knew everyone that you invited. Obviously no strangers.
I have a large TV, computer, and most of my clothes in the apartment. If all of those things were left the way I left them, that would be great.
Overall I would like for you to have a general respect for the place.
Nicole was an amazing host! She was very responsive on emails, offered flexibility regarding check in/ check out, sent many recommendations for bars & restaurants in the neighborhood ... . I’m happy I had the chance to meet her.
Her apartment is really nice. We felt at home! Perfectly located in Williamsburg, only 3 train stops from Manhattan. Great neighborhood, very close from Bedford Street.
I strongly recommend Nicole's apartment for anyone, who want to have a nice stay in New York!
Our stay in Nicole's apartment was perfect. The place was exactly as described and very clean.
The location is also perfect with the L train on the corner and 3 stops from manhattan. We even did a walk to manhattan through the Williamsburg bridge.
We did not have the opportunity to meet Nicole but we have a lot of exchange and information and Nicole was always available to answer our questions.
We definitely recommend the place !!!
We had a great time at Nicki.s apartment. It lived up to all our expectations. The apartment was brilliant, We felt very much at home. Loved the access to the roof top, the neighborhood and proximity to the subway. nicki was a great host, prompt and helpful to respond to all our queries. We would love to come back when we are next in New York
Wonderful stay at Nicole's apartment. Her home is very clean with lots of natural light. The kitchen has everything you need, lots of hot water and a very comfortable bed. The rooftop area was a pleasant surprise. We spent our time out there having pre-dinner drinks and snacks. Lots to do within a short walking distance. Great grocery store to the left and wonderful restaurants to the right. Hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you Nicole.
Nicole was an amazing host, and her apartment was fantastic!
Nicole greeted us personally at her apartment, and took us through everything in detail. She was also great in terms of giving us tips on where to eat, providing a subway map for us, and was available to speak with about any questions we had during our stay. She had even had chocolates for us on arrival!
The apartment was clean, and the heating was great as our trip was in Winter. Nicole provided towels and a freshly made bed. The location was also great, so close to the subway and close to restaurants/shops.
I couldn't recommend Nicole's apartment enough - we would definitely stay here again!

About the Host, Nicole
Hi! My name is Nicole. Thanks for checking out my apartment.
Here's a little about me...
I like to travel to places that are warm and sunny. I love Korean food. I am a decent surfer and love to read. I visit my family in Arizona as much as possible. I've lived in NYC for over a decade so I know this city really well. I really love living here.
My apartment is available for lengthy amounts of time. I am easily accessible by email, call or text during your stay to help with any questions.
When I travel, I look for places that are not ultra-touristy. I want to experience the restaurants and bars that the locals know and love. I'm hoping that you seek the same. I can recommend some really cool places and things to see//do in NYC if you'd like. Once you book I will email you a list of my favorite restaurants and bars in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
I've had some amazing people from all over the world stay at my apartment and look forward to hosting you. See you soon in NYC!
