Charming Apt Heart of Williamsburg

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Graham Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11211, United States

This is a clean and modern Williamsburg apartment with tons of old school charm. It's on a quiet residential street half a block away from the subway and with tons of cool restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The Space

A true one bedroom in the heart of Williamsburg proper right off the Graham L train. Half block from the subway. QUIET QUIET QUIET in the best neighborhood in NYC. You will have the entire apartment plus exclusive access to the roof!

The apartment is clean and modern with a ton of old charm. Subway tiles floor to ceiling in the bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom has a full tub and shower. There's an eat in kitchen with table. The living room is cozy with a 42 inch flat screen TV and dvd. Wireless internet and Mac book provided. Sofa (which could be used as a day bed too for kids) and all furniture are brand new. Pet and smoke free. The apartment is on the second floor of a walk up. You have to walk up 10 stairs to get into the apartment.

The bedroom features a queen size orthopedic bed. New sheets and comforter. I provide towels and all toiletries. The bed was purchased in July 2013 so it's brand new. All new appliances and furniture and paint. A full kitchen with pans, pots, knifes, all necessary condiments etc. All new shiny wood floors throughout. The apartment building only has one other tenant so it's (email hidden) street noise.

The perfect apartment to spend your NYC holiday.

Guest Access

There is access to an amazing roof top deck off of the bedroom.
Some of the best restaurants in Brooklyn and on my block or 10 minutes max

Interaction with Guests

I will not be there during your stay. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. I will most likely be in New York during that time to help answer any questions or give you great suggestions.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is cozy and residential with tons of bars and great restaurants.

Getting around

The subway is only half a block away. You can be in Manhattan in 8 minutes! The neighborhood has so many bars, restaurants, and things to do. 10 minute walk to Bedford or a 2 minute subway ride. It's a residential neighborhood with a ton of charm and character. You can also walk over the Williamsburg brigde which lets out in the Lower East Side.

From JFK take the A train from JFK to Broadway Station East New York. Transfer to a Manhattan bound L train. Get off at Graham Ave. Apartment is on the same block as the subway, 10 steps from the train.

  • Nicole was an amazing host, and her apartment was fantastic!

Nicole greeted us personally at her apartment, and took us through everything in detail. She was also great in terms of giving us tips on where to eat, providing a subway map for us, and was available to speak with about any questions we had during our stay. She had even had chocolates for us on arrival!

The apartment was clean, and the heating was great as our trip was in Winter. Nicole provided towels and a freshly made bed. The location was also great, so close to the subway and close to restaurants/shops.

I couldn't recommend Nicole's apartment enough - we would definitely stay here again!

Hi! My name is Nicole. Thanks for checking out my apartment. Here's a little about me... I like to travel to places that are warm and sunny. I love Chinese and Korean food, and I'm getting better at cooking every day. I visit my family in Arizona as much as possible. I've lived in NYC for the past 12 years so I know this city really well. I really love living here. I have an awesome, very sunny, clean and spacious one bedroom apartment in the Lower East Side. The apartment is available for lengthy amounts of time. I currently live in Brooklyn, so I'm usually around during your stay to help with any questions. When I travel, I look for places that are not ultra-touristy. I want to experience the restaurants and bars that the locals know and love. I'm hoping that you seek the same. I can recommend some really cool places and things to see/eat/do in NYC if you'd like. I've had some amazing people from all over the world stay at my place and look forward to hosting you. See you soon in NYC!
