The Space

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, oven, etc. The dining room has a table and four chairs and one double bedroom with cable TV. The entire floor of the apartment is covered in ceramic.

Guest Access

The wifi internet and all basic utilities (electricity, gas, hot water) are included in the price. Set of towels and linens are provided.
The building has laundry (one dollar washing and one dollar drying), security guards and 24 hour concierge.

Interaction with Guests

My workplace is located two blocks from the apartment, so on weekdays I can go there only in minutes, if necessary.
