located in Topanga canyon 2 miles from the beach . studio apartment with private entrance and parking as well as private bath. complimentary coffee and tea. the apartment has skylights for natural lighting. the apartment has its own private view of the canyon. great ambience with sounds of nature at night . bars and restaurants nearby in Topanga and Malibu. I clean and sanitize for covid protection standards

The space
newly renovated studio apartment with its own private entrance. Great view of topanga canyon with lovely ocean breezes. At night the only sounds you may hear are the resident owls or coyotes in the distance. The skies at night are usually clear and you occasionally see a falling star. My place is very close to a few nice restaurants like the canyon bistro for lunch and dinner the bistro also has a full bar. The Topanga table which is open for breakfast daily at 7:30am to 4pm.
