Cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached 2 a cute beach house is renovated. U will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. Bedroom has a king & living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ new furnishings & business class wifi. Courtyard outside 4 great outdoor living. Usage of bikes (Beach Cruisers) your entire for an additional fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

STAIRS: Please note that although there are not any stairs for most of this unit, there are 2 steps that lead into the bedroom. You can see the steps sticking out in one of the listing pictures.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Airbnb may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with Airbnb directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.
