Morgan Estates welcomes you to our charming home which is nestled between historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. This house is located in Whitemarsh Island and approximately 15 minutes in either direction. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Publix supermarket, Walmart, and restaurants such as Wiley's Barbecue, Jalapenos Mexican Grill, and Kakki Asian Fusion. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches.

The following amenities are included:

- Parking in driveway and on street.
- Washer and dryer including detergent.
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids.
- Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes.
- Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided.
- Spacious fenced backyard with patio for lounging or having dinner.
- Board/card games.
- Free wifi.
- Sling TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Starz, Showtime and more.

Guest access
Access to the property will require a security code which will be provided to you prior to check-in.

Other things to note
If kitchen garbage can get filled, it can be emptied in the large garbage cans are located on the side of the house. Please separate garage from the recyclables. Garbage bags located under kitchen sink. The right hallway closet and the closet in the room with twin beds are locked and not accessible.
