Superb location close to where you want to be. Very easily accessible to all quadrants of the city by car as well as walking distance and a block from public transportation. Its a nice safe area, quiet building. Stay here and enjoy all that Calgary has to offer.
You will have access to the whole apartment. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer and dryer in suite. The balcony is available for you and there is a tv for movies and wireless internet too. If you have questions I am happy to answer them.

I am only a txt message away and I am happy to answer any questions you may have to make you stay as hospitable as possible. I will always welcome you in person if possible. Otherwise I will leave keys for you so you are able to make your way inside and get comfortable immediately.

Yes. Your location allows you to walk to many amenities and there are also several bus stops within a couple blocks. The c-train is I would guess an 8 minute walk from the apartment.

About the cleaning fee: I was charging $150 across the board, which really adds up for guests with short stays. What I find is fair and what I am implementing, is essentially a fee based on your duration of stay. So, stays of 7 days or less is $60, as listed. Stays of 8-13 days, a fee of $100 and stays 14 days and over will be charged the $150 fee, which allows me to have the apartment in tip top condition for your stay, which is ultimately what you want. Please feel free to acknowledge that you have read and accept (when you inquire) and I will make you a special offer if I can accept your booking.
I ask guests to leave the place in the same neat and tidy condition as they find it which means taking out garbage, uneaten food and recycling and to wash and put away dishes. I also have a no excessive noise policy/no party policy in respect of my neighbours and so I can continue to do what I do and very much enjoy doing! Simple! Enjoy your stay!
Golly geeez, I love people and this is a great way to meet wonderful people who also love to explore and meet great folks.
