  • Absolutely wonderful home near the restaurants and shops in Port Douglas. Hans and Wendy were great hosts and really made us feel welcome on arrival. The apartment is clean, spacious, and extremely well-stocked with all the basics you'd need. Great stay!

  • Awesome, luxurious and stylish tropical hideaway, right on the beach. We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children and we're more than comfortable - we could not have asked for a better ending to our 6 week trip around Australia and would recommend this to anyone looking to spoil themselves a little in the magical Port Douglas area. Wendy was wonderful and very accommodating, helping us organise and book several family outings to the Barrier reef. Certainly she and her team manage this and their other properties with professionalism as well as a nice personal touch.

  • Very close to beach, pool a little shady if you are after sun but everything fairly clean and easy to use

  • Lovely few days with my family. The house was big enough for us all, very clean and comfortable, the hosts made everything so easy, we got in quite late but there was still someone there to meet us and show us round and had allowed a food delivery to be placed in the fridge so we had everything we needed when we arrived.

    Response from Wendy:

    Hi Christine,
We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for staying with us and we do hope to see you again one day.
    Kind regards,

  • A group of 5 of us stayed for a week. There was plenty of room for everyone (3br, 2 bath), and the place was clean, neat, bright, and modern. We were awakened every morning by a lovely chorus of neighborhood birdsong. The flat is located about 2 minutes on foot from one end of 4-mile beach, and about 6 minutes by car from Port Douglas's main street. We did a lot of our own cooking, and had plenty of plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, a barbecue, etc.--my only cavil in this regard would be to request a knife sharpener.

There are actually 3 or 4 people in Wendy's "organization"--in other words, this is a company that represents multiple properties. They are not hiding this aspect, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and polite, including Hans, who was the person that actually greeted us on arrival. But this is not the place to choose if you are looking for a personal connection to the host.

    Response from Wendy:

    Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for your feedback and thank you for staying with us. We will put a knife sharpener in as requested.
I am Hans's wife and we have two other girls working with us.
We do hope to see you back again one day.
    Kind regards,

  • Fantastic accommodation in a great location - couldn't have been happier. Friendly welcome from host on arrival and very responsive at time of booking.

  • We were a family of six adults that stayed at Watermark 3 for five nights. We were met at the house promptly, given the keys and shown around the house. The house and location were truly amazing. The kitchen was completely arranged with all of the amenities that a family would need. The beach was only a five minute walk from the house and
Port Douglas, the rainforest, and marina were just a short drive
from the house. We all agreed that we would stay at Watermark 3 again in the future.

  • The property is really amazing, the indoor pool area with retractable roof makes the whole living area feel really open and airy.
The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals and fully kitted with all the basics. The bottle of wine, chocolate and coffee were a welcoming touch and the team at Executive Retreats were really helpful with tourist information and booking tours.
The house is literally across the road from the lovely 4 Mile Beach. Port Douglas town centre was about a 30min walk or 10min drive.

  • Two friends and I rented Injasuti for a week. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed pulling back the retractable roof and living the indoor-outdoor lifestyle in the lovely winter climate. The kitchen and shared living space make it an easy place to share for a group of traveling friends.

  • Unbelievable stay! Fantastic house, we stayed with 8 people and had more than enough space for everyone. A 15 minute walk along the beach to the centre of port douglas and beachfront access providing the temptation for a morning run. I am inspired to put a teppanyaki style outdoor dining area in my house.
