I am sorry to hear that, Unlike many other guests who stayed at this property have enjoyed, it seems that you had a very unpleasant stay, All electrical items works at this property, One thing , I have supplied a fitted USB charger with the property, When someone uses and force foreign mobile charger into the socket, It will atomically trips off ( for your safety ) which means you are not able to use these sockets, Unfortunately i had no message or an email or a phone call from you to inform me that there was this problem!! I was only informed by the flat next door to yours which is why i sent my handyman to check the fuses and turn it up again.
Flats on the floor will then have to be checked to insure all sockets are working well and there are no issues before leaving the building ( which is how you got your electricity back ) Please rest assured that we have no interest in your belongings, We attend at any property only if we are needed.
We have supplied an electric heater for some guests who feel cold in the summer months ( May-Sep ) which happens to be the period of your stay.
I do strongly suggest that you read your 4 emails that were sent to you ( the welcome and the goodby ones )
I am very sorry again if did not have a good time at this property, It is always in my interest to please my guests ( But only when i am informed properly )
