Newly renovated, High ceiling ,fully furnished, clean, 2bedroom 1bath in Downtown San Diego. 3 blocks from Convention Center,Seaport village and marina. Includes internet TV, wifi and a fully stocked kitchen. 2 queen beds ,a twin bed and sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Very peaceful condo in the middle of Gaslamp ,steps to restaurant, shopping and cafes.Great for big group travelers and co workers.

The space
The space is 1200sf and includes 1 queen bed in master bedroom , one queen bed & a twin bed in another bedroom and a sofa sleeper in living area.Dining table for 6 people ,A flat panel TV with IP TV with many channels, full kitchen, 1 bathroom.
Since this space is facing the courtyard you will find it very quiet and peaceful.


This is 2 story loft Apartment, one bedroom is on the first floor and master bedroom is on the second floor.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire apartment with every convenience including kitchen, appliances, kitchenware, full bathroom, washer and dryer. Kitchen has all new appliances with access to stove and fridge. Feel free to buy your own groceries and store them in the fridge.

-We do not allow outside guests without permission. (Only guests in the reservation are allowed to get into the building )
