Brand New One-bedroom apartment with luxury furnitures is available for short term renting. Located in Parioli, in a new building on the 4th floor with elevator. The apartment is composed as following: Living Room with american kitchen, terrace of 14 sqm, one bedroom with dressing and a bathroom.
Shops and restaurants nearby. Basically a perfect location in the heart of rome.
This is an apartment of high standard, with doorman and in a luxury context. The location is amazing, walking distance from Villa Borghese, Museums (villa giulia), parks, auditorium. Connections are great as well. tram no. 19 abd tram no 3 stops right in front of the building. Both trams take you to key points in Rome such as Vatican Area and Piazza Del Popolo with Tram 19 and the coliseum and Fori Imperiali with tram 3. Easy access to Metro B line, and to Termini Station (15 minutes tram). From the Fiumicino Airport it takesis about 45 minutes.
Interaction with Guests
I will interct constantly with the Guests via Mobile, Whatsup and e-mail. Moreover we will provide the guests with an Italian Mobile with SIM card and about 10 euro credit in order to make local phonecalls (i.e. taxi). If I am not in Rome my dad will be doing the check in on my behalf and he will be always reachable in case of Needs. Last but not the least the doorman is available during the day.
Parioli is the high class district of Rome quite famous for the several embassies around (e.g. US embassy) and for its proximity with Via Veneto...la dolce vita. In the same block of the building there are several restaurants and shops. At the same time being a residential area, the district is quite and relaxing at night.
The district is super well connected with the rest of rome, subways, trams takes immediately immediately everywhere. As I mentioned before you have tram 3 and tram 19 that stops right in front of the apartment. Tram is a perfect way to move in rome as you are not indoor as in the metro, it is as fas as metro, and you can admire the magnificency of Rome! However you have nearby also buses to go to the Termini Station, the Center, and to the Auditorium. You have also access to the Metro B (blue Line) (Policlinico Stop)
Other Things to Note
The apartment is a jewel, brand new, basically never used as I moved to swizterland right after having bought, and it is perfect for travellers that want to live in the roman classy way

Respect the other tenants of the building as it is an high standard building and apartment
Francesco Perlini‘s lovely apartment is the best-kept secret in Rome. In a quiet upscale neighborhood, away from the noisy city center, yet, close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps through the magnificent garden of the Villa Borghese; it’s a perfect location for visiting Rome. The apartment is very well connected through buses and trams giving an easy access to the rest of the city. Francesco’s place is cozy and comfortable with a supermarket downstairs stocked with all sorts of goodies. Our host was very accessible before and during our stay, we felt he truly cares for his guests, in fact, his father who greeted us was very helpful as well, giving us useful information on nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Rome and we are planning to stay at Francesco’s place on our next trip. Gracie Francesco, ci vediamo presto!!
Francesco was an absolutely wonderful host and very responsive to email which was refreshing! Although we never met Francesco in person as he was out of town, we were greeted by his father and felt very welcomed. The apartment is great. We really enjoyed the modern appliances and decor as it is very rare to find in Italy. Also, this apartment has such good light so very bright and we were even able to lay out on the balcony! We enjoyed evening dinners and breakfasts out on our balcony which was our favorite part of the apartment! We had done some research of the neighborhood which is much quieter and situated away from tourists so this is a great place if you are okay with being outside of the city but prefer a more peaceful stay. Thank you Francesco!!
Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è moderno, pulitissimo, elegante e dotato di ogni comfort. Le fermate dei mezzi davanti al cancello di ingresso. Circa venti minuti per arrivare a termini. Vicino all'appartamento splendide passeggiate a villa ada e villa borghese. Molte grazie Francesco.
Excellent 5 Days Spent in Rome.
Francesco was helpfull straight from the start when we booked his apartment.
Prior to our break in Rome Francesco sent an email detailing how to get to the apartment from airport, we got a taxi costing around €40. He also gave ideas of places to go and eat close to the apartment and around rome which was very helpful given it was our first time in Rome.
We were greeted by Francesco's dad at the apartment to show us around and get us settled in. He was very welcoming and took time to show us a Map of Rome outlining where we were and how to move around. We were given a Phone with an Italian Sim to use if needed which had Francesco's dads number and 2x taxi Numbers.
The apartment is even more better than the pictures show. Very clean, Modern and the balcony was great for having breakfast and dinner on if we were around. Their was water, juice, coffee and general food supplies provided when we arrived which was a nice touch. Directly under the apartment their is a supermarket which is ideal for stocking up on snacks, beer and breakfast stuff for when your relaxing in apartment after busy days walking rome. The only negative of the apartment was their wasn't an Iron. So I would recommend taking a travel iron with you just to iron clothes that may get crushed in suitcases.
In the email sent by Francesco it outlined ways off getting around rome from the apartment. Their is bus and tram stops directly outside but we never used any transport diring our stay. We don't mind walking and city centre was about a 40 Min lovely walk through villa borghese park. We walked everywhere, to colosseum, vatican city, spanish steps & Trevi Fountain. The trevi fountain was under reconditioning while we were their which was dissapointing, but my girlfriend and i promised to return to rome one day to see it in its working state. I would recommend taking a good pair of comfy walking trainers :). Its best to get lost in rome, head from the apartment in the general city centre direction with a Map and discover your own Rome :)
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of going to Rome, Francesco and his father makes your Rome experience feel structured and safe from the begining when you book to the day you leave.
Thanks for allowing us to use your apartment, we had a great 5 days in this lovely city, just wish I could have brought the lovely weather back to Scotland.

This apartment and Francesco exceeded all of my expectations. This place was completely furnished by Ikea so it was modern and clean. The bonus of the apartment is the balcony. The kitchen is completely furnished with cookware and even some basic food and beverages. Not only was there food, but Francesco also provided detailed instructions for moving around in Rome, food recommendations, and places to visit prior to leaving the U.S. I felt very prepared and confident in him and his apartment. I was just relieved to know that I had a safe place to stay and also a place that provided all that I needed. It made my vacation to Italy perfect. I highly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed. Worth every bit of money!
Francesco's apartment is beautiful. He responds very quickly and communicates clearly. He also emailed me ideas of places to visit and eat. His father met us at the apartment. Showed us around and showed us how to get around the city. I was worried the apartment was to far away from everything but it's not. There is transportation right out front. There was also a grocery store and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.
