The room is located in a cozy apartment situated in the heart of Williamsburg, just two blocks away from the subway. Experience living in Brooklyn with a great mix of art, music, design, amazing restaurants and bars.
The apartment is located on Bedford Avenue which is one of the real Williamsburg streets. It is boosted with beautiful and cozy coffee shops, independent and vintage fashion designs stores, Thai, Italian, Polish and Vegan restaurants and overall anything that you would like to find you will find by just stepping out of the door.
New York City is only 1 station away on the subway which will take you to the Lower East Side and East Village side which are still one of the biggest jewels to experience culture-like in NYC.
You can also cross the Williamsburg bridge by walk or by renting a bike. It is truly an experience.
Brooklyn bowl is walking distance from the apartment where you can catch a concert while playing bowling and having a good taste of all-american-food.
The Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park and The Botanical Garden are only a few stops away on the subway.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment has: - Two bedrooms, one is the host's and the one renting out (photos) with a closet, table, two windows with lots of light, TV. The bed is a "full/double" size. - Kitchen
- 2 Bathrooms (one with a sink and a shower and one with a sink and toilet.
- Heat, AC and Wi-Fi internet connections are included.
- The room is large and the apartment is pretty compact like many of the NYC and Brooklyn apartments. You walk directly into the kitchen and then to your room.
The apartment is located in a pre-war building. Pre-war buildings are fairly old with some original moldings. You will definitely feel what Brooklyn used to be like. The apartment is in the second floor. This building doesn't have elevator. Also pretty common in the city.

ABOUT THE HOSTS
I Share the apartment with my best friend. So when either of us is traveling, one of the rooms is rented.
I have a background as a creative and interactive director and work at an advertising agency.
My roommate works at a restaurant in NYC. We are both very laid back, friendly and respectful
I Love vintage style design, photography, video production, traveling, trying new cuisine and volunteering at a non profit that helps underrepresented youth.
I speak English, Spanish and a little Portuguese in case it is needed.
There is a laundry place two blocks down. You can wash and dry for about $5 dollars.
There is a large supermarket only 4 blocks away where you can buy fruits and snacks for your stay.
On the same block you will find a convenience store and about 40 restaurants, cafes and bars. If you want to explore Fort Green, Park Slope, Clinton Hill and Greenpoint in Brooklyn you can walk there or take the subway or a bus.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
Andres was helpful and quick to respond to my request, which was hugely appreciated as there were literally no hotels available on valentines day! It was my first experience of air bnb and I'm pleased it was at Andres' apartment. It was clean and comfy and there is an easy arrangement with keys - I was only sorry not to meet him!

Eu recomendo!
VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! First, Andres and his girlfriend are very nice and friendly people. Second, the bedroom is exactly as shown on the pictures, it is nicely furnished and really feels like home :) And third, the location is just amazing. Right in the heart of Williamsburg, many vintage shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs around. The subway is literally 3 minutes walk from Andres' apartment, so also very easy to go to Manhattan. We really enjoyed our staying. We will definitely stay there again next time we come to New York. Andres, thanks for having us at your place :)
Andrés was welcoming & the room is as it looks, artistically decorated with everything you could need. It's a really good location, so close to the subway and right on Bedford Avenue but the room is on the back so not noisy. We didn't spend much time in or see Andrés but we felt welcome.
Williamsburg is a great location, lots of cool bars & restaurants & really handy for Manhattan as well.
The communal hallway feels a bit down at heel but once you're in the apartment, it's nice.
The only downside is that only one window had a curtain- I presume that was only temporary but it was a bit bright at dawn/ lacked privacy.
All in all our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was exactly as described. Apart from that our room was clean and had all the practical stuff we needed.
For instance we had access to Andres netflix account and there were clean towels and so forth.
We didn't talk much with Andres since both him and us were quite busy, but he was very nice the few times we talked with him.
Furthermore he was a perfect host who offered to help with anything we might need.
The building itself looks a bit shady on the inside, but the apartment is fine and the room cosy and neat.
The location is excellent.
If you like the hipster/vintage/urban cityscape this is right in the center of it.
