STUNNING HISTORIC 3-BEDROOM MODERN INDUSTRIAL LOFT | Enjoy all that Downtown Evansville has to offer and enjoy our spacious fully renovated historic 1,950 SF loft equipped with 3 king sized bedrooms, sleeper sofa, luxury oversized bathroom, and large custom kitchen for all of your entertaining needs.

The space
We have completely renovated this space from top to bottom with 3 SPACIOUS bedrooms and king size beds in each. 9' tall ceilings, refinished pine hardwood floors throughout, custom shaker cabinets, a huge island with quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Enjoy the HUGE luxurious bathroom which includes an oversized custom shower with 4 rainfall shower heads and a free-standing soaker tub.


Ideally located in the heart of Downtown Evansville and easily walkable to all it has to offer, including restaurants, bars, the Ford Center at the end of the block, and the historic Victory Theatre right across the street.


For business travelers, we are close to many corporate headquarters including Vectren, OneMain Financial, Regional 5/3 branch, Old National Bank, and a short walk to the Old National Events Plaza & Convention Center, Doubletree Hotel & Conference Center and the new IU School of Medicine Evansville Campus.


For sports fans and concert goers, we are less than a 1/2 block to the front door of the Ford Center, the 10,000 seat stadium that is home to the University of Evansville Purple Aces (D1 basketball), the Evansville Thunderbolts (Hockey), as well as a attracting a variety of big name concerts such as Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett, Kid Rock, Alan Jackson and Elton John. We are also directly across from the Victory Theatre, a 1,900 seat 100 year old vaudeville style auditorium that hosts everything from plays, the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, concerts, and other shows.

Also only 8 blocks from the brand new land based Tropicano Casino that also includes numerous dining and bar options as well as Cavanaughs and Hoosier’s Lounge. While that way, stroll along our riverfront to see historical WWII statues and home to the WWII LST ship docked here. Our riverfront also plays hosts to numerous festivals and events including the 4th of July Celebration, Evansville Hydrofest and much more.



For dining, you have numerous options along Main Street and just a short Uber ride from the Haynie's Corner Arts District. Some of our favorites are Samuel’s, Arcademie (next door), Entwined, Myriad Brewery, Comfort, Penny Lane Coffeehouse, Madeline's, Sauced, Mo’s House, or take a quick ride to Turoni’s Pizza on Main St.

Guest access
Guest have full private access to the loft which includes a full kitchen. The Loft serves as a full time AirBnB and is equipped accordingly. There are no personal effects of the owners on site.
