No9 Ocean Heights is a light luxury townhouse that is situated just 300m from the wonderful family friendly Tolcarne beach which is the closest of the 7 Newquay Beaches and 2.5 miles from the stunning Watergate Bay. Just 15 minutes from Newquay airport.

Tesco express, Doctors surgery & pharmacy are just a 3 minute walk from the property & it's 5 minute flat walk into town that has a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

We use local contractors and donate to RNLI and National Trust.

The space
This is a new townhouse situated over 3 floors in one of the most desirable areas along the north Cornwall coast.

This property is caters for for 6 guests + infants (please enquire).

There are 3 bed rooms, 1 double with en suite bathroom, and 2 doubles (1 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed).

The family bathroom is situated on the 1st floor and contains a bath, shower basin and WC.

The living area has a dining table and 2 sofa’s, one L shaped sofa.

There is also an additional WC on the ground floor.

The garden gets the sun most of the day and is secure and child friendly.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house for 1 car.

Fully fitted kitchen which includes a breakfast bar and has a washer / dryer, toaster, microwave etc and cutlery and crockery.

Also all bedrooms have fresh linen and bathrooms have hand towels only. (Bath towels are available at an additional cost).

There is Ultrafast broadband internet and a smart flat screen tv with subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon Prime that includes a library of films that have been purchased.

Other things to note
Please note that the property is only available to book for whole weeks in the Easter holidays and summer period from (June to August).

Bath Towels are not provided so please bring your own. If you would like towels to be provided this can be done for an additional fee of £5 per towel to cover the cost of laundering.

For stays more than 7 days that require a mid term clean, there will be an additional charge for cleaning however fresh bedding will be provided.

Please ensure all rubbish is placed in bin bags and tied up before being put into the outside bin for collection.
