& quiet, Trish has put a lot of time & thought into every detail, lots of breakfast goodies & bikes to ride around the river. It is a beautiful place to stay. First class all the way.

Petra & Jeremy .
Trish and Nigel were both so lovely and accommodating going out of their way to provide all the comforts of home for me and my daughter. The room is cosy and stylish, with high quality bedding and a massive television for nighttime movies after exploring the city all day. A perfect location to Fremantle, the city and the surrounding areas, we will be back again and again! This is a perfect initiation into air b'n'b stays. Thank-you to you both Trish!
Our stay at Perth Luxurious Riverside Retreat was fabulous. On arrival we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the unit. The unit is fantastic and very comfortable. Our host was able to give us a lot of information for where to eat, markets to visit and great tips on navigating the traffic.
I had a great time. Trish and Nigel were both very welcoming and the accommodation is suburb. The huge bed, electric blanket and bikes make it an especially enjoyable experience.
I saw dolphins in the river the first day. What a lovely trip. I love Perth :)
Definitely will come back again. Location was good, right at the centre between Fremantle and Perth city. Though would recommend to rent a car to get you around. Not forgetting the beautiful swan river is just a few metres away! You can opt for a jog or a good morning cycle there. The best part is bicycles were also provided!
Accomodation is exactly as shown in the photos. It's definitely a home away from home.
Trish was also accomodating on our late check out as our flight is pretty late at night. Oh yes, the muffins was yummy too. We really enjoy our stay there even though it's a short one. Thanks Trish and Nigel for such a wonderful experience!
Had a very nice visit with no problems at all. Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location. Host and hostess very hospitable and very nice people. Recommended.
About the Host, Trish
Nigel and I are retired business owners, looking forward to applying our experience to the hospitality industry. This all started for us after a recent trip to Europe, where we had the good fortune to share the homes and local knowledge of two wonderful families. We realised upon returning to Australia, that we had an opportunity to share our own home and knowledge of Perth with other travellers. Nigel and I share similar interests revolving around our incredible lifestyle in Perth. Socialising; sports; activities around the river including canoeing and fishing; cooking; travel; and loving our life. We have two dogs: Dexter, a Portuguese Water Dog (related to President Obama's), and Ted, a miniature Poodle (unknown parents). Both dogs are easy going, and as they live inside, they won't impact on your privacy around the Suite.
You will find us both easy going and ready to help, with one of us usually around the house and available to give advice. We are also happy to provide transport for a familiarisation of the local area, or to pick up hire car etc. I will be managing all your bookings and arrangements, and Nigel is my unpaid "handyman".
We look forward to making your stay enjoyable, and to ensure that you get a real taste of Aussie living.
