YOUR PERSONAL PRIVACY:
We will strive to ensure your privacy. We are however, happy to give advice, and help out as much as possible at your request. One of us is usually around the house. An airport bus transfer to Fremantle is available for $45 AUD for two persons. A taxis to the door is about $55 AUD. Please respect our home and gardens. Accidents happen so please tell us, so we can rectify damage.
Take care around the pool and avoid activities which may place anybody in danger. (running) Please minimise jumping and diving, especially at night to reduce noise impact on neighbours.
No parties or outside guests due to insurance coverage.
What a beautiful little oasis this place is. The unit is immaculate and has everything you might possibly need- and more! So many additional comforts and luxurious high end furnishings. Trish and Nigel were great hosts and I believe, have the perfect balance of being around to talk to but in no way imposing on your stay. More than accommodating with late/ early arrivals and departures. ️thankyou for the lifts (I got a little lost) and for the drives about the area- very much appreciated! Also, must take the bikes out as perfect cycle routes right from the house that are very scenic and relaxing! Felt like a really welcomed guest and this goes a long way in choosing this type of stay over the hotel route. Highly recommend - would recommend a car if staying longer than a few days. Thanks for having me!
Our first Airbnb experience, and it couldn't have been better. Clean, spacious and private, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved the use of the bikes, and the Entertainment Book was a thoughtful addition. Trish and Nigel were terrific hosts - we'll be back!
I had a really lovely stay at Trish's premise.
It is a beautiful, clean and new place. She was an excellent host who ensure that the fridge is well stocked with our breakfast. The towels and sheets smelled so clean.
They also provide 2 bicycles and that was the best bonus to me. Their house is near the beautiful swan river and my ride by the river is truly memorable.
If I ever come back to Perth, I will want to stay here again! It is the best!
Trish thanks again. Everything was just perfect for me. Really appreciate all the comforts you provide. It really is a little oasis.
We had an amazing stay at Trish's B&B. The bed was huge and spacious for us and our 2 very young kids. Trish was originally worried that the bed might be too much of a squeeze. The pantry area was well stocked-up and we were able to whip up breakfast for all 3 days we were there. The instructions on how to cook the eggs in the microwave oven was useful too! Best of all, there was ice cream in the freezer. And the strawberry muffins were yummy, even our son loved them! Definitely one of our best B&B stays so far!
The suite ticked all the right boxes - great location (safe, near the river, and convenient to Freo and the city); modern, clean furnishings and fittings; private yet within easy reach to host; homey feel - loved the fruit and herb garden just outside the suite. Pity we didn't have time to use the free bikes provided to cycle along the river banks. Would have to save that for the next trip! So yes, will book here again in a heartbeat.
This AirB&B property is exceptionally good. The bedroom living room and bathroom have been furnished to a very high standard. Trish and Nigel provided everything we needed for our weeks stay.
We particularly appreciated the use of the bikes. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area close to the river with great bike paths East and West along the river.
Trish and Nigel were on hand to give advice and recommendations. All in all a 5 star experience and we hope to book again next year.
Nigel and I are retired business owners, looking forward to applying our experience to the hospitality industry. This all started for us after a recent trip to Europe, where we had the good fortune to share the homes and local knowledge of two wonderful families. We realised upon returning to Australia, that we had an opportunity to share our own home and knowledge of Perth with other travellers. Nigel and I share similar interests revolving around our incredible lifestyle in Perth. Socialising; sports; activities around the river including canoeing and fishing; cooking; travel; and loving our life. We have two dogs: Dexter, a Portuguese Water Dog (related to President Obama's), and Ted, a miniature Poodle (unknown parents). Both dogs are easy going, and as they live inside, they won't impact on your privacy around the Suite.
You will find us both easy going and ready to help, with one of us usually around the house and available to give advice. We are also happy to provide transport for a familiarisation of the local area, or to pick up hire car etc. I will be managing all your bookings and arrangements, and Nigel is my unpaid "handyman".
We look forward to making your stay enjoyable, and to ensure that you get a real taste of Aussie living.
