Barry was very prompt to respond and made sure that all the details were sorted both before and after I arrived. The space is bright and airy and, given the traffic, surprisingly quiet. For me the location was perfect, easy walking distance to National Art School and the city. Having easy parking was a big plus. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Barry was great. I landed early in Sydney and he had everything ready for me by about 8:30am and clear instructions for everything I needed. The place was very comfortable, I shopped at near by organic and alternative food store called "aboutlife" and cooked at home about 1/2 of the nights over the two week stay. Everything was accurate to how it is described and Barry was very accommodating and a great communicator through the entire process and stay. I would highly recommend staying here, it was a real pleasure.
Could not have asked for a better stay -- location really is convenient to everything including great neighbourhood of Darlinghurst itself. Barry was a perfect host. Would definitely recommend.
Barry was very flexible with check-in time. Upon getting to the apartment, Barry gave me a quick rundown of the space and also left me a curated list of various activities in the area. Communication was effortless.
The apartment is at the very edge of Darlinghurst, which made it interesting because it was very convenient to walk to several neighborhoods, including Potts Point, Surry Hills and Paddington. Depending on what you want, you could decide which way you wanted to head.
Meticulously organized, the apartment is minimal and visually peaceful. As it sits on a major street it can get a little loud at night from the traffic, but it isn't much of a bother if you're not overly sensitive.
It was a pleasure experiencing a slice of Sydney, living in Barry's pad.
Great location, inbetween the Cross, Oxford St and CBD. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Barry was a freindly host, giving us a good run down of the place and surroundings. He was also flexible with check-in and out working to our flight timing, which was a bonus.
We had a wonderful time with Barry, he was fantastic with communication and gave great directions and check-in information. The place was spotless and decorated beautifully. Fresh towels met us and we were very happy with all the facilities. Whilst the apartment is on the smaller size it certainly doesn't feel it, there's plenty of room to kick back and enjoy life in the city. Thank you for an amazing visit, we really appreciated it.
Barry is a very attentive host. He met us at the apartment and gave us a run down of what was in the area, how everything in the apartment works etc.
His apartment is nice enough, for what I needed, and I got a lot of work done at the table.

I'm really fortunate to live in Darlinghurst. It's close to the city/CBD (downtown), the harbour, some of the country's best restaurants and only 10 mins away on my scooter to Bondi Beach (and Tamarama).
