A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. We hope you'll enjoy Boise but it will be hard to leave your sanctuary at 26th Street Studio.

The space

The digital front door lock makes entry easy to our studio without having the hassle of checking in. The kitchen is stocked with common spices, oils, and gadgets to assist you in meals your entire stay. We try to use natural cleaning products and limit our carbon footprint by using large containers of soaps and shampoos vs the individual disposable containers.

Guest access
Guests can park in front of the studio directly on 26th Street. Do not park in the alleyway. Guests have access to the entire studio and gated patio area.

Other things to note
Complimentary coffee (Nespresso and local coffee shop pour over) and breakfast bars are provided. If you have a special occasion, please let us know how we can make it extra special for you. We are available to make this as pleasant and memorable experience for you as possible.

There is an air mattress temporarily until our pull out couch is repaired.

There is a $20 per hour early and late checkout fee accessed to guests. Please contact us if you require an early or late checkout so we can properly plan with the cleaning crew.
