My family really enjoyed their time at Ashley's place.
It was at a lovely townhouse that had everything we needed and was in a very convenient location.
Check-in and check-out were very easy and Ashley had answered all of our questions before we moved; she made sure we had everything we needed there!
I will definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting Gainesville!
The Townhouse was exactly what the property description and photos show on the Airbnb website, and we were extremely happy with our two day visit. The parking space was conveniently located right outside the door to the Townhouse, and there was guest parking if we needed it, which we did not. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Our host, Ashley made it very easy for us to check in and out, and she was very accommodating. We would definitely like stay again, and will let our friends and family know of Ashley's place. Thank you Ashley! Gary, Charlie & Marlene
We loved Ashley's place! The furnishings were very quality and beautiful with high end new appliances. We especially loved the space in the two bedrooms and that they each had their own bathroom. The beds were fantastic. We would stay here again hands down. Ashley was also super prompt with communication.
The townhouse exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and Ashley has thought of everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood was very nice and close to all the restaurants you could possibly think of. We had an emergency and had to stay an extra night and Ashley easily accommodated us for the third night. When we visit Gainesville again we will definitely stay at Ashley's townhouse if it is available.
Ashley met us at the property when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a few special requests (needed a box fan and a hand mixer) and she made sure those items were on the premises. The unit was tidy and comfortable. The location is convenient and the location felt safe. The traffic can get a little hectic during certain parts of the day, but that's true of most of Gainesville from what we could see. The bedrooms are spaced nicely apart, and each has a bath private to the bedroom, so this unit would work well for couples traveling together, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, we liked the location and our hostess.
