LARGE AND COMFORTABLE DUPLEX. The photos listed on airbnb do not do the home justice. We stayed here for a month and were extremely comfortable here at Ashley's home. Our arrival was easy with keyless entry throughout our stay and we were happy to find the place in clean and orderly condition. We never met the host, but she was always an email or text away if we had any questions. She always responded promptly with helpful answers. The place was exactly as described with brand new appliances. We also found plenty of home basics when we arrived, which Ashley made us feel welcomed to. Great home for a fantastic price. Would book again without hesitation.
The townhouse was a great location, in the center of Gainesville. It's the perfect accommodation for a family that wants more space than a hotel room. Ashley even left out some Halloween chocolate for us! It's a great find in Gainesville!
Beautiful townhouse, excellent location. Everything was great! Thank you!
The house and neighborhood are nice, but..........Ashley was somewhat careles and did not give us the building or unit number before we arrived. After a long flight from South America it was pretty frustrating trying to contact Ashley for at least a couple of hours at night and finally staying in a hotel for the first night. Also the internet is really bad and not even basic cable on tv.
Careless is a poor choice of words when these issues were out of my control and I did try my best to communicate solutions. The building number is provided to you when the reservation is confirmed. The building number is located directly above my door, so there is really no excuse for not being able to find the property. I also provided you with the access code to enter via the keyless entry and my unit is the only unit out of 8 in the building that has a keyless entry keypad. After one day of not being able to access the internet, you said that it was working. I offered to send a technician out or call you to troubleshoot and an ethernet cord was provided for direct connection.
I stayed at Ashley's place for a month while in gainesville. Her place was so convient for me: it was about 5 mins away from Shand's which is where I completed my clinical rotation. Ashley was so nice and she was willing to make us as comfortable as possible. The internet worked well most of the time, however, it was really slow during the evening and sometimes on Saturday night. The only other thing was that I did not have access to a closet in my room. The other room had one so it was hard storing clothes. It is really close to shopping outlets, there is a Walmart close by so that was nice. I would recommend staying there.
Ash's apartament is confortable, well equiped, well located and quiet. We lived there during two months and everything worked well. Ash was allways solicitous when needed.
