No longer a BNB but still at great space. Unique home and cheerful room sports a double bed, TV and extra sitting space for plenty of room. My house was, until recently a BNB residence located on a working vineyard. Now I just rent monthly and do not provide breakfast. This room has adjacent shared powder room and downstairs shared full bath. Location is secluded, on working vineyard. On the Fruit and Wine Byway, great biking, wine tasting, and activities. Prior approval required for pets.

Breakfast is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances. This spacious room, with vaulted ceilings, accommodates 2 adults plus a small child or infant.

This house is a unique and custom designed space with several split levels throughout. It creates a feeling of cozy privacy wherever you may go.

The home is spacious with several secluded areas for reading and peaceful time. There is a reading room on the uppermost level and a deck with views of the Grand Mesa and our vineyard. There are two living rooms. One with a wood burning fireplace and one downstairs with a television. The kitchen is available and there is room for some guest's items to keep cold in the fridge.
Outdoor spaces are numerous. A fully covered deck in the back of the home, an open upper deck, sitting areas in the yard, and lots of space to walk through the vineyard.

Guest access
Much of the property is available for use by guests. This room is one of three, available for hosting, so other guests might be staying at the same time. Other bedrooms (guest's and the owner's room), the garage, the vineyard shop (studio), and the basement are the only parts of the property not considered common areas.

During your stay
I am busy with many task around the house most days, in and away from the property. When I am home I would enjoy the company and getting to know my guest. I would like to make all my guests feel at home and have a pleasant experience. If you prefer more privacy just let me know.


Jet and PD are my resident dogs, you may encounter them inside or outside. They might take some time to warm up but will love anyone who loves them back.

Other things to note
We have a working vineyard and during 10 months of the year you are likely to see workers outside with the vines. During harvest there are more workers on the property but always in the vines.

There are several stairs throughout the home due to the unique design. If you have mobility issue please be aware. Unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.

Internet: While there is internet access here, it is not reliable. Should you must need it, I cannot guarantee it. It is NOT included in the listing because it can go out from time to time but you are always welcome to use it.

I am a "retired" nurse. In my retirement I started a vineyard with my daughter and son in law, which froze to the ground two years ago. Now I have leased it to another grower, leaving me much more time to enjoy my home/property/and Guests. Would love to have you come and enjoy it, and this wonderful area, with me.
