Unique experience: 70 m2 loft for rent in heritage building part of the cultural circuit of Valparaíso in Cerro Cárcel. Access to terrace of the building with 360º view to picturesque hills and majestic bay, special to share unforgettable moments in couple, whether day or night. It is located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet and safe. An exclusive apartment decorated expressively by its owner.

The department has technological comforts: wifi, netbook and sound equipment with selection of Chilean music. The dining and bathroom facilities are spacious and pleasant. You will have access to the laundry and dryer in the building. They can occupy the facilities mentioned freely in a building with a community concept, where we all share and take care of common spaces. You will have the basics available: towels, coffee, tea, sugar, napkins, salt, olive oil, toilet paper, shampoo and dish detergent.

This place is inserted in a walking and varied cultural circuit, among them the closest one: the Cultural Valparaiso Park, 3 min walking where there are all kinds of cultural activities and it has the only great patio in the hills of Valpo. There are also the 3 oldest Cemeteries of Valparaiso 5 min walking, with its Neoclassical aesthetic. Next to the cemeteries is the "Espacio 21" restaurant, with author's food and Loma restaurant for lunchtime inside Parque Cultural 50 m. far. On Sundays from lunch to the night, you can go to the Quinta de los Núñez, music corner and Chilean food just 10 min walk. You can also visit the historical center (that people here call: “plan”), Avenida Alemania, a 3-minute walkway that runs all the viewpoints to the bay, the touristic Cerro Alegre with its restaurants and shops at 15 min walking and of course, La Sebastiana from Pablo Neruda at 30 min walking.

It is a residential neighborhood, quiet, safe, with mini business nearby in case you need to buy something. It has many cultural attractions all to do a walking tour in a couple of days, ideally a week, to understand and enjoy the local spirit. There is a Cultural Center half a block away and a very nice street with the best viewpoints to the bay to walk by. Everything is near in a walking distance.
