A cozy cottage house perfect for a quiet, private get away. Within walking distance of the marina and yacht club. The Cottage is in the quiet and desirable neighborhood know as "The Cove". It has all the comforts of home including cable, internet and a stocked kitchen. A private car port keeps the car nice and cool when the sun is out & keeps you dry if there's ever an afternoon shower.

The space
Your GPS will most likely take you to the main house on Allen Ave. Please do not go to that house. Go to where Linda Ave intercepts with Allen Ave and turn right. The cottage house is behind the main house. There is a large carport, you may have the right half of the carport which is the side of the the cottage house.

All linens, towels, comforters, blankets, bath mats and throws are washed each time a guest departs. The Cove is a great area to take a quiet walk or bike ride. There is a great storage area available if you decide to bring or rent bikes. This is a quiet residential area tucked away, but only blocks from stores and restaurants. Ask me about some of my fav local spots that no one else will tell you about.
