You are welcome to use the portable fire pit and grill and whole front yard area which can be viewed from the photo section of this listing

I was born in Hartford CT and we would summer in Groton Long Point (South East CT shore) Boating was a big part of my youth and after working for the insurance industry at Travelers and Aetna for 10 years I pursued maritime trades as a career. I worked or Tidewater on a crew boats servicing the oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico then went on to start my own marine contracting business transporting tradesmen to Fishers Island NY. I have since retired from professional boating but still love the small boating experience surrounding the two properties I have listed, namely Fishers Island Sound and the wonderful bodies of water found on Winnipesaukee and its surrounding lakes and ponds. I have three beautiful girls ages 25-15, a spectacular fiancé, Pamela and of course Oscar pictured above. My properties are used by me personally which means they are extremely "turn-key". My food will be partitioned in 1/2 the fridge but feel free to use it, just like you would at your buddies house. Need a pair of pliers, wash your car no problem everything is there for your convenience.

During your stay
I live upstairs on 2nd floor. You enter to the space privately through the sliding glass doors. The laundry is shared and is in your space but just let me know when it is convenient for me to use if I'm home upstairs.
