Blues@notes is a light and airy space whose decor is inspired by its musical history. The space was formerly owned by a guitar teacher who created the studio for private lessons. Located right in the heart of downtown Picton with all its quaint shops, boutiques, the Regent Theatre, art galleries, unique restaurants and just minutes from the beaches at Sandbanks, the wine route, local craft breweries, cideries, distilleries and mead producers. Also, high speed fiber WiFi covers the whole space.

The space
Blues@notes is located very conveniently close to everything (restaurants, groceries, wine/liquor shops, banks, library), yet is on a street that is very quiet. Unlimited high speed fiber internet access is conveniently provided via WiFi (100 mbps) for your entertainment, personal and business requirements.

The space is on it's own, but is connected to the other spaces on the property. There is a private deck in the back. The backyard is shared with others where you will find mostly organic vegetables growing.

Other things to note
- We have a TV and provide numerous DVD's for your enjoyment. However, we do not have cable.
- We do not have a bathtub only a shower.
- We recycle! The blue bin is at the of the unit, next to the garbage bin.
- Unfortunately, organics are not picked up separately here in the county, so this can be placed together with other garbage.

Neighborhood highlights

Our unit is right in downtown Picton, within walking distance to all the boutique stores, regular and trendy restaurants, the LCBO and several art galleries. Picton is a small town but is the biggest in Prince Edward County. The main grocery stores and major banks are located here as well as a few gas stations. The people in town and all around the county are very warm and friendly... some even stop to let you cross the street!!! An all-around lovely place to be.
