Close to library, coffee shop, Trax train, bus, front runner station and grocery. Five blocks from Temple Square, City Creek Mall, Salt Palace Convention Center. Vivint Arena and many restaurants are nearby. It is a basement apartment with a walk out entrance. The studio features a smart TV to use with your laptop or phone.
