15 Love bnb was a perfect place to stay in Tamarindo. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. Oliver and Emily were very sweet and it was a pleasure to stay at their lovely bnb.
My husband, baby, and I were so happy we discovered 15 Love and got to meet Oliver and his family. What a haven of sophistication, beauty, quiet, and ease in the midst of a sometimes quite loud and bustling Tamarindo. And though it is set back from the main streets, it remains only a two block walk to the beach, the main surfing area, and to two of our favorite restaurants, Pangas and the french bakery. Oliver made us feel very welcome and his staff treated our little boy like family. Our only regret is that we didn't play tennis. Next time!
I really enjoyed staying at 15 Love. Only regret is that I didn't book a tennis lesson with Oliver! We had to top floor suite and it was perfect. Really cool space with a rooftop ladder, great for viewing the sunset. The breakfasts were so good, and the ladies on staff were delightful. It's barely a two minute walk to Tamarindo beach, which is perfect for sunset beach party action. Oliver was a great host and even picked up a bottle of Centenario prior to arrival to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. i'll definitely stay here again.
This was our first airbnb experience and won't be our last. Oliver was great at responding to our messages and arranging for Franck to pick us up at LIR. Emily booked us in for fantastic surf lessons and gave us all the local knowledge regarding restaurants and things to do. 15 Love is awesome! Great location (such a close walk to the main street and beach but not having to put up with it at night/early in the morning), room and breakfast. Overall a fantastic place for a couple of days of R and R.
You would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in Tamarindo. The property is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the main drag. Calm and relaxing environment with extremely friendly hosts and staff. Great breakfast prepared for you every morning and plenty of street parking if you rent a car.
We booked a surf lesson and estuary tour right on the spot. Much more convenient than wasting time with the tour agencies - better prices too.
Staying at 15 Love was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Oliver and Emily are both friendly, helpful, and conversant in English, French, and Spanish. We were greeted by friendly staff members and given fresh fruit smoothies at check in. Tennis courts are accessible to guests at no charge, and you can take lessons from Oliver at a discounted rate. Breakfasts are wonderful - best breakfasts we had anywhere in Costa Rica. Town center and beach are both within short walking distance, and many other beautiful more secluded beaches are only a short drive away. Only con was being awakened by loud monkeys early on one of our mornings there, but you probably shouldn't visit Costa Rica if you aren't up for seeing (and hearing) some critters.
