- Free parking is available in the heated garage and private driveway
- For three bedroom rentals, the third floor loft level will be closed and the loft blocked from access. This allows us to keep cleaning fees minimal.

- Reservations & Pricing
For the safety and comfort of all guests, reservations must be made under the full legal name of the Airbnb account holder and match the verified ID on the account. The booking guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
Our rates are carefully set to reflect the quality, amenities, and care of 5 Star Lodge and are not subject to discounts.
-WiFi is available at high speed up to 1000 Mbps. We suggest you log into the WiFi and enable WiFi calling on your phone for best service.
- The gas grill and outdoor fire pit are seasonally available (closed typically November to April). Gas and firewood available close by.
- For your comfort, high velocity fans are provided.
- Early check-in/Late check-out available subject to calendar and crew availability.
- Host approved parties or events are permitted.
- Quiet hours are 11PM until 7AM.
- Smoke free property. This encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes or cannabis.
- Respectful neighbor behavior required! Please honor all signs.
- Management Damage Waiver Fee - your management fee covers accidental/damage up to $1500 so you don’t need to leave a security deposit. The waiver can be applied only when damage is reported immediately and prior to checkout. Damage waiver does not cover pet damage, personal items, negligence and normal wear and tear.
