Hello!
7km from Dingle, our Holiday Home is just off the main Slea Head drive, the Dingle Way walk and The wild Atlantic Way! It offers stunning views of the Three Sisters (mountains) and Smerwick Harbour. A few minutes walk from the local hotel which offers food, drinks in a cozy bar and often live music in the evenings.
3 ensuite bedrooms and a comfy living area- kitchen/dining, sitting room & sunroom. Jacuzzi bath. Washer. Drier. Parking. Gated garden.

The space
Our Holiday Home is peaceful and cozy with ample space both inside and out. It feels like there is nobody around and yet you are a short walk from the local hotel and a short drive to everything Dingle, Ballydavid and Ballyferriter have to offer!

Outside:
Our house is set in a large garden with a gate.
To the west you can almost see the Sleeping Giant -it's a short car journey to the Blasket Islands from here. To the north-west you can't miss the three sisters looming over Smerwick Harbour. To the North we have a perfect view of Ballydavid -it's a short drive to one of our favourite bars -Begley's! The lights at night frame the harbour beautifully. To the east we can just about make out Gallarus Castle and Gallarus Oratory - people travel from the four corners of the earth to see these historic structures! To the south there are a few neighbouring sheep in the next door field and the majestic "Cnoc Leataoibh" (a large hill) watches over us.

Guest access
Inside you have the use of the kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge & freezer, kettle, toaster and the essentials) and a dining area with seating for 5, a sunroom leading on to a small decking area with views of the garden and the harbour and of course you have the use of laundry facilities in the utility room.
Our cozy sitting room comfortably seats about 6. It has an electric fire for instant heat. Flat screen TV with Saorview.

The main down stairs bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi bath for your use and all three spacious bedrooms, (two upstairs and one downstairs) are ensuite with showers.
Under the stairs I've hidden away a high chair and 2 stairs gates that you are welcome to use as required.
We keep one small downstairs room for storage.

Other things to note
Please be careful with children on the stairs - it's not particularly steep or slippy but as it's wooden, a fall can hurt. Please use the stairs gates if necessary.

While the garden has a gate, the road outside is quite busy and younger children may need to be supervised at the front of the house.

Close to Ballyferriter, Dingle and Ballydavid/Muiríoch, in the heart of "the Gaeltacht"- we are ideally situated for many cultural activities as well as relaxing in the peace and quiet. Keep an eye on local websites for events, special days and courses etc. There is always something happening whether it be music, sports, food or language!
