Sun is an excellent host. Apartment is huge and in a great location. We will definitely be back.
All was great
great location , nice clean place
will stay there again anytime
Sun's apartment is very spacious, stretching from the front to the back of the brownstone. The bedroom is in the back, which cuts down on the street noise; the train is like distant thunder, easily ignored, but so convenient for immediate transport to anywhere. I had planned to prepare a large meal and think I would have found everything I needed, but my visit was too hectic. Definitely go to Lula's, a half block down Nostrand across Eastern for delicious bagels and coffee - the egg salad is something special. Many thanks Sun and may we meet again at thunderhorse where the gremlins congregate.
Sundiata's apartment was great! Plenty of room and a well appointed kitchen in which to cook meals.
Very nice place
The apartment is located in a quiet part of brooklyn
very close to the commodities and with a few shops near, the place is not far from manhattan by subway
clean and spacious flat
Sundiata was a very welcoming host .
Sun was very helpful and friendly with us at all times; communication with him was always prompt and courteous. Sun's apartment is very spacious and comfortable, in a quiet part of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed at our fingertips! Two metro stations (three different lines) were within steps of the apartment, and so were grocery stores and restaurants. Our visit to NYC was wonderful, and staying at Sun's apartment made everything easier. We hope to stay there again in the future!
Sun is a great host. We always reached him whenever we called. and gave great suggestions. The house is in a great location; safe neighbourhood;there is a subway station just in front of the (website hidden) takes about 20 minutes to go to (email hidden)e apartment was clean and comfortable. I would definetely like to stay in Sun'a apartment again. I recommend his house to everyone! Thanks again for the hospitality!
Nice place. Good location to walk to things but also easy to park. It is literally right on the subway line (train rattles the house a bit). The only suggestion I have is to list it as a 1-bedroom. You have to read the notes to know that the second bedroom is private. It worked out fine for our group - I slept on a comfy couch in the living room, but it would have been better if that had been clearer upfront.
first rent in Airbnb and I have no regrets. The apartment is exactly as described in the photos and is steps from the subway. Sundiata, thanks for the great stay!
Great clean apartment in a great neighborhood. The 3 train is conveniently located in front of the apartment for those who want to travel to Manhattan. There's a Dunkin' Doughnuts on the corner to start your day, and a market just around the block. Folks in the area were helpful and I never felt uncomfortable.
Sundiata was very helpful and replied quickly to any questions I had. He even let us check out a little bit later to accomodate with our flight.
The apartment was clean overall. My only concern was that there were no curtains in the bedroom, but even then, I still felt safe. The place is also a few blocks from Prospect Park and not too far from the Brooklyn Museum.
My only other concern is that I found it hard to flag down a taxi. The place is located right by a main street, and even though a number of taxi go through there, they won't stop. So you'll have to move to the corner so they can pull over. Other than that, its great place/price and would recommend it.
