Interaction with Guests
I am always available via phone, texting or email and am happy to communicate over any issue from a restaurant recommendation to being locked out of the house at midnight. If I am not close by and you should need in person assistance with something, we have a very friendly neighbor always willing to help.
It's nothing but picturesque scenery, views, and nature. There are no visible neighbors from the house or yard, other than cows on occasion. Hiking, skiing, swimming in lakes and rivers, blueberry picking, good dining, the best little farmers market (waitsfield), Ben & Jerry's... the list of activities is literally endless. If you need any recommendations, let me know what you're into and I'll give you a check list

Very good for large families
The house is located in a beautiful and scenic area. It has nice common spaces and is comfortable, although I would not recommend it for older people, as it has very steep stairs.
We used this house for guest overflow for our family reunion in August 2014. The house had plenty of room, plenty of character and was very clean. Owner Pam was very responsive on-line, often answering within minutes! I would recommend for adults and older children since there are lots of rooms and one steep stair case. We would use again.
We didn't meet the hostess but communication was excellent and the house was left for us in great condition and was as described in the listing.
There was back and forth communication while we were staying there - an excellent contact to deal with. The location was lovely with a large grass slope, good sun and a quiet road. We loved our stay.
