About this listing
Very nice and confortable apartment. Ideal for a couple or a family, we can host up to four person.
We are located in a strategic position to visit Rome. We are born in this area, we can suggest you the best way to enjoy this Great City
Riari Guest House is located on the ground floor of a 1900 building in the heart of Rome, in the characteristic quarter, Trastevere.
From Riari Guest House, crossing Ponte Sisto (the footbridge) you can walk to the main historical and cultural attractions of the city. In less than ten minutes, you'll reach the Palatinum, the Coliseum and the Roman Forum or, in the same time, walk to the Pantheon, Navona Square, Campo dei Fiori and Ghetto. Some minutes more, and you'll enjoy the splendid views of Piazza di Spagna with the Spanish Steps.
Then climb the Steps to take a rest under the trees of Villa Borghese, Pincio, or Giardino del Lago. Cross again the Tiber River on the way back and admire the splendor of Saint Peter Cathedral and of Castel Sant'Angelo. Then, if you will not be too tired, walk back home in ten minutes, through the characteristic vicoli (small streets) of Trastevere.
Our apartment is completely independent, on the ground floor; it's fully renovated and furnished.
Interaction with Guests
We are a smart couple of Roman guys, we are both graduated from the university.
Martina is art historian, Luca did communication studies.
Definitely we love to approach with ours guest!
Although its traditionally proletarian nature is changing as the crumbling palazzi become gentrified, a stroll among the labyrinthine alleys of Trastevere still reaps small gems of a bygone past. Washing strung out from the apartments in best Mama-leone tradition has everyone sighing and reaching for the Kodaks.
The lovely Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere is the area's heart. It's a true Roman square - by day peopled by mothers with strollers, chatting locals and guidebook-toting tourists, by night with artisans selling their craft work, young Romans looking for a good time, and the odd homeless person looking for a bed. The streets east of the piazza is where you'll find the most photographed washing in the world.
A strategic location to visit all the important sites. It is directly connected with Termini Station by line H and with Piazza Venezia by tram number 8.We are situated close to Trastevere Station from where you can directly get to Fiumicino Airport and St. Peter's Square
