This is a nice alternative to a hotel room, giving you more space and extra options (e.g. dining table/fridge/microwave oven). The biggest asset of it is that it's so close to the beautiful beach (2-3 minutes walking distance), and the downtown (the main street is across the highway). Moreover, even though this is a mobile house, the community felt very safe.
Susan is very organized, responsive to our requests and gave us very detailed instructions on how to get things started.
The main house, including one king bed, 1 single bed, and a long couch was warm and cozy. The only thing that needs to be considered is that, if you need to use the second queen couch bed, it is located in an extension, therefore has no direct access to the restrooms, no lock, and is not covered by the central heating system. The room has a small heater but it still felt a bit cold and humid so we all ended up in the main house.
However, this should not be a problem if you visit during warmer weather.
Susan was awesome. She checked in with us prior to our arrival to arrange and make sure things were ready for us for when we got there. She was even kind enough to leave a bottle of wine and some additional groceries for us to use in order to make breakfast. We had a great time. Great deal on the price as well, especially since it was a group of 6 traveling. Location is a short walk from the Beach as well! (5 Minute walk max!)
