Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach. We made our own dinner at Susan's house. It is a safe, quiet, cozy place to stay with two separate bathrooms.
If you are wanting a great spot, by the beach and close to everything else, you should really consider this location. Susan was great, the videos she sent were easy to understand. There was enough room, enough everything. We were planning on doing a lot of sight seeing and things like that but due to the comfort and the closeness of the beach, we stayed nearby. The style of the house allowed us to share with our kids stories of how life was when we were growing up. Please consider...
We had a great time being so close to the beach for a few days of our Spring Break. Susan was very accessible and flexible when one of our kids was sick and we needed to know about the possibility of staying longer. (also super-appreciated a washing machine/dryer due to the same situation). House truly fulfills the Funky70s vibe! Appreciated the previsit videos to give us info about heat/water & trash. We were glad we brought an aerobed to increase the sleeping arrangement flexibility since none of our kids were willing to sleep in the screen porch (it has as separate door, although it is only a few steps from the entrance to the main home).
It was a great and relaxed experience to stay at Susans mobile home. Everything was well prepared and very clean. Thank you!
Our first stay using Airbnb and it could not have gone any smoother. Susan was fantastic to work with and her videos thoroughly prepared us for our stay. The photos and description on Airbnb portray an accurate picture of the home. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach, a golf course, Amtrak, 101 and CA-1. It was a very quiet neighborhood, which was much appreciated. There was a homely feel to the whole experience and we were happy with our choice. We even left craft beer and cider in the fridge for others to enjoy!
We had a delightful stay in the "Funky 70's" mobile home. We appreciated the videos she sent to help us know how to turn on the water, heater, etc. We were glad to have the comforts of home instead of being in a small, sterile motel room. It was fun to see all the knick knacks since they reminded me of things I grew up with. It was great to be within walking distance of the beach and the monarch grove.
This was such a great place! I stayed here with my girlfriend and it was so easy to get around. We both loved it. The beach is right nearby walkable and the neighborhood is cute and nice. Susan was extremely responsive and made sure I knew everything that was needed.
