Everything is extremely comfortable. The outdoor and indoor living spaces are very upscale and comfortable at the same time. The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils etc. you will need if you are cooking in. The barbecue outside is great. The beds are very comfortable and the climate control is just right. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood and there are great walking trails right up the road. You are close to Downtown and Old Town Scottsdale as well as a short drive to Phoenix. There are lots of great courses. You will be very happy and comfortable when you stay here. RENTAL AGREEMENT and HOUSE RULES
CHECK-IN TIME is 4 PM and CHECK-OUT is by 11 .30AM
1. NOISE REGULATIONS – This is a residential & quiet community. Renter agrees to stopping all outdoor noise by 10 PM at the latest.
2. Pool and Jaccuzzi activities stop at 10 PM. After 10 PM the patio can be used with minimum noise so that neighbors will not be disturbed during bed time. Neighbors always alert the police when there is noise after 11 PM. Noise travels easily across the desert and consideration is necessary.
3. Fines charged for non compliance will be deducted from the damage deposit of $470.
4. This is a NON-SMOKING home.
5. Pets on a conditional basis.
6. Guests renting this property must be over the age of 25, unless accompanied by adult parents or guardians.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is restricted to 8 guests, unless previously approved by owners.
8. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING – The house will be clean before your arrival.
9. POOL/JACCUZZI – NO children under the age of 12 are permitted in the pool or jaccuzzi at any time without adult supervision.
10. VEHICLE PARKING - Overnight Vehicles cannot be parked in the streets. There is room to park 3 cars on the driveway. No mobile home, motor home, trailer, commercial truck, camper, boat, or other type of recreational vehicle shall be kept, placed, maintained, constructed, reconstructed, or repaired on the property unless parked in a pre-approved location specifically designed, approved and built for such purpose. Minor vehicular repairs may occur only if within the enclosure of the attached garage.
11. To adhere to community by-laws, the renter agrees that vehicular repairs may occur only if within the enclosure of the attached garage.
12. The renter acknowledges that persons contracted to maintain the property site will continue their schedule of maintenance during a guest’s stay. This includes pool maintenance, gardening and pest control.
We simply ask that you treat our home and all the contents of our home with respect.
