Our 2BR Condo has a warm style, featuring vaulted ceilings, and a loft. Our Condo is ideally located in the middle of all the activities that downtown Austin offers year round. It is blocks from the convention center, Sixth Street, and Town Lake.
The entrance to this condo is off Fourth Street, just one block from the convention center and two blocks from the heart of Sixth Street. This condo is located on the third level of one of the best located complexes in all of downtown. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and our cool spiral staircase leading up to the open air loft. The living room is rather spacious and has a comfortable couch and television as well as a full size sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is the full kitchen, with all the pots and pans needed to cook most meals. Just up the spiral staircase is the loft, which has a very comfortable queen sized bed. Down the stairs is the master bedroom which has a king sized bed and a very large closet that also houses the washer and dryer. The main bathroom is also located in the master bedroom.
The condo is perfectly located for a trip to Austin. Just one block away is the Austin Convention Center, home to the annual SXSW conference. Just two blocks north is the famous Sixth Street that helps make Austin the music capital of the world. The University of Texas is just north of the condo along with the Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium, home of Longhorns football. Four blocks south of the condo is the wonderful Lady Bird Johnson Hike and Bike trail, which is a great place to walk, run or take a bike ride. The home is also surrounded by many of the best restaurants in Austin. Nearby is Eddy V’s Prime Seafood, or, try Swift’s Attic located in one of Austin’s historical buildings, where they serve up modern American fusion style food. The famous South Congress bridge, home to the largest urban bat colony in the country, is also just blocks away and a must see event if visiting during the right seasons. Just across the river, and a short ride away, is the South Austin area, famous for its shops, music and atmosphere. No matter what brings you to Austin, if you enjoy walking and being near the activities this is a great condo for your stay.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Unit was exactly as described and pictured. It is very centrally located, within a mile of almost anywhere one is likely to want to visit in Austin. Clean and comfortable, and quiet. I got a call from the host on the day I was arriving just to verify that I had not any problems getting in, etc., which was nice. Other than slow/spotty wifi coverage, this was a very positive experience and I would happily stay there again, and recommend to others.

We stayed at Erica's place for two nights this past weekend during our visit to Austin, and really enjoyed the prime location. One of us had never been to Texas, one hadn't been to Austin in about ten years, another hadn't been in five years, and well I like to think of myself as an Austin-expert (but I'm most definitely not). We loved being walking distance from all the downtown hot spots, including West 6th Steet, the Capitol, South Congress, Rainey Street, etc. Erica's place was clean, tidy and exactly as described in the Airbnb description. The only downside (which really wasn't that bad for two nights only), was the sofa bed. We really wanted three separate beds for the four of us, but the sofa bed really wasn't that comfortable...maybe a better place to stay for four people who don't mind staying in two beds total:) In general, a great place to stay and would definitely stay again if we didn't need to use the sofa bed.
