2 Blocks to Hampton Park. We are in the upper Peninsula ~ 2 miles to MUSC, College of Charleston, and historic downtown Charleston. 20-30 minutes to Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, and Folly Beach. 15 minutes to Shem Creek. $7-10 uber ride to upper/lower King. Laundry mat a couple blocks away if needed. 300 square feet studio. Refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, Microwave, TV with Netflix.
The space
This is our tiny guest house. We love it and want you to love it.
Guest access
Private entrance. Shared back yard (we will try to stay out of this area while you're here) with patio furniture, umbrella, & outdoor shower to wash off from the beach. Beach towels are in your room and boogie boards, mats, umbrella, paddle tennis are on our deck or in the shed. Please leave all beach / sandy stuff outside and not in the guest house. We also have two surfboards (7 and 8 feet) if you'd like to use them at your own risk!

We live in Wagener Terrace / Hampton Park area of the upper Peninsula. This is a very nice, circa 1930-50's neighborhood that is gentrified, as is every neighborhood / block on the Charleston peninsula. You will see nice houses next to houses that are in shambles all over Charleston downtown. This is no different in our neighborhood and the house next door to us. If you're easily put off by spooky houses (that have great people living in them!), you may want to pass.
