The studios are situated less than 15 minutes walk from Princes Street and George Street where you will find many trendy bars and restaurants and the main shopping area.They are located within walking distance of all major tourist attractions including Edinburgh Castle.

Rachel's apartment is great. On the first floor of a building one block from the Haymarket transit center -- so the location is good because it's away from the crowds near the Royal Mile, but is walkable to just about everything. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, including coffee packets. Rachel was very friendly and accommodating. A nice experience.
Rachel was a great host. The original booking wasn't available so she upgraded us to an accommodation on the parallel road - more spacious and comfortable. The location was 10 mins walk from Princes Street and 20 mins from the Royal mile. There was a bus and tram stand 2 mins from the house. It was on the 3rd floor - might be useful info for people with knee problem. The house came with all the necessary amenities - wifi, parking, utensils, kettle, dish washer, etc. overall, I highly recommend the host and accommodation. Thanks, Rachel.

We had a great stay at Rachel's flat. She was there to welcome us when we arrived at about 8 PM on a Friday evening, and she was also very helpful with a change that we needed to make. Rachel was great at communicating with us prior to our arrival. The flat was spacious and clean located in a lovely brownstone building. We really appreciated the laundry facilities as we had already been been traveling for a week when arrived. The flat has great proximity directly across from the Haymarket station where we could access trains and trams. It was about a pleasant 25 minutes walk from the city center of Edinburgh (Royal Mile, Castle, etc.) which was fine as long as the weather cooperated. The area has good access to several small grocery stores along with plenty of restaurants. This was a great place to stay in Edinburgh. Thank you!

I've spent many years living abroad and love travelling so hopefully get to some of the places my guests come from that I have not yet had the chance to visit! Sooner rather than later I hope!
