The newly installed balcony with its view straight view to the TV tower by the river is quite something.

You can absolutely not miss YOMARA,the yoghurt place where you have your lactose free yoghurt with dozens of toppings to choose from such as berries,peanuts,cheesecake,oreocookies,pineapples,honey...anything really but be warned...it´s addictive.
YOMARA is a 30second walk away from the appartment.
Or try the rather chique D`VINE Wine Restaurant with its sensibly chosen wine selection and a selection of cheese variations to die for.
Yes,it is listed in the MICHELIN GUIDE 2013...

Could not be better:
The tram takes you to the main station from both the Tramstops Polizeipräsidium(1Min walk) and the Tramstop Stadttor(2min walk)every ten minutes.
With a little bit of planning getting to the airport will take you 30Minutes.
I have tried it out.
Getting to the river Rhine is a 3min walk.
(...no sprint/casual walk...)
Walking to the very popular ancient part of the city will take you 15 to 20 minutes and shopping galore takes place on Königsallee,which is a 10minute walk away
