Gas-fired Jotul stove in living room. Washer/dryer in unit. Easy elevator access. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops and wine cooler.

The space
Completely renovated guest suites in 1850's warehouse on Portland's working waterfront, overlooking the very popular Dimillo's Marina. Watch the yachts come and go and stop at the famous Dimillo's floating restaurant for dinner or a drink.

Spacious, modern kitchen with alder wood shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, wine cooler, pots and pans, bowls, wine glasses, cutting board, dishware, 12-cup auto drip coffee maker, granite-top island and bar stools. Dining table next to kitchen and living area in open concept space.

Very desirable exposed brick and vaulted ceilings with skylights in guest suites.

Very safe and secure. Parking pass for one car included for the lot next door. Leave your car and walk everywhere.

Private deck on the 5th floor and semi-private rooftop deck on 6th floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows in living room.
