It has two wardrobe (roperos) and a 42-inch Smart TV that COMES with a Chromecast device with MagisTV installed (variety of channels, series and movies from all streaming platforms) in addition to standard TV cable (analog)
The room receives good natural lighting in the mornings (sunlight) and has modern acoustic windows (which greatly reduce the noise from the street) for greater comfort when resting
The bed is delivered lying with cotton bedding and two clean pillows
Next to the room (in a separate area) is the kitchenette area, the same one with bakeries, 4-burner cooking hob (no oven), basic cooking utensils, as well as includes a kitchenware (cutlery and crockery) a pot and a pan

But keep in mind that if you're arriving early in the morning, at dawn, or in any case want or need to use the apartment immediately, to guarantee this, you'll need to book the apartment one night before your arrival or arrange an additional payment directly with me, otherwise this WON'T BE POSSIBLE
IMPORTANT: Check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon). If you're traveling later or plan to vacate the apartment after this time, you can arrange with me to leave your luggage in custody in a nearby, safe place

PROHIBITIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
FOR NO REASON will parties, events or social gatherings of any kind be allowed within the apartment (even if these are not going to cause noise)
If it is detected that parties, social gatherings or SPECIFICALLY, that different people or in any case more people than those registered at the time of booking/initial arrival are entering, the rental contract will be immediately TERMINATED without the right to claim or any refund (immediate eviction), this point is particularly affected by subsequent problems and/or inconveniences
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment or on the building's stairs or corridors. If it is detected that you have smoked in non-allowed areas, this will be subject to a penalty of S/100 soles for ozonation and a fine from the building's owners' association
The prudent and responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed, PROVIDED that scandals are not carried out, acts that threaten morality and good customs or in any case excessive and/or annoying noises that may alter the tranquility of the other guests, owners and neighbors
The entry of pets or animals of any kind is not allowed (except duly certified service animals) of detecting the presence of an animal within the apartment immediately terminated the rental agreement without refund

I urge you to take care of the furniture (e.g. be careful not to scratch or burn the pans, pots and utensils), avoid touching the walls and TV screens, and if you're going to cook, try to clean up immediately. REMEMBER: The payment you make will be made to AIRBNB (who is the intermediary between you and me) and therefore it is they who will take care of their respective management (receipt of the payment made, inquiries and/or claims about it)
Airbnb may show you a reference price in soles or in your local currency, BUT keep in mind that although the default payment currency is the Peruvian sol (S/), it is likely that the page will make the final charge IN DOLLARS; so as not to be affected by an abusive exchange rate or collection of commissions for international purchases by the bank issuing your card, I recommend paying with a CREDIT CARD (or debit with account in $) so that if you are charged in dollars at the exchange rate on the street, the amount will resemble as much as possible the price shown in soles or in your local currency (BE CAREFUL this will depend only on the bank issuing your card and not on me or Airbnb)

A few steps from the apartment you can find pharmacies of the INKAFARMA and MIFARMA chains, nearby you will also find bakeries, shops of all kinds and even a local market where you will find a variety of fruits, meats, vegetables, etc.
Likewise, just one block from the apartment (in front of the Civil Guard Reservoir) you can find a service station (PRIMAX gas station) that has a MINI MARKET called LISTO that is OPEN 24 hours and you can pay by card, inside you will also find a BCP ATM
Also, less than a block from the building, you will find a MASS chain convenience store, which is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, very useful for everyday shopping (they accept cards)
We are just an 8-minute WALK from the Aventura Porongoche Mall (3 minutes by taxi), which is the largest shopping center in Arequipa, and we are a 15-minute WALK from the Outlet Arauco shopping center (formerly Parque Lambramani) (5 minutes by taxi)
Just an 8-minute WALK away is the renowned tourist hot spot LOS GUISOS AREQUIPEÑOS and 5 minutes away by taxi is another renowned hot spot such as LA TRADICION AREQUIPEÑA, both excellent options for lunch (attention from 12pm to 4:30pm)
For dinner, I recommend going to either of the two nearby shopping malls to find a greater variety of options or you can also visit BOULEVARD PIZARRO (both are open until 10pm)

A few steps from the apartment you can find pharmacies of the INKAFARMA and MIFARMA chains, nearby you will also find bakeries, shops of all kinds and even a local market where you will find a variety of fruits, meats, vegetables, etc.
Likewise, just one block from the apartment (in front of the Civil Guard Reservoir) you can find a service station (PRIMAX gas station) that has a MINI MARKET called LISTO that is OPEN 24 hours and you can pay by card, inside you will also find a BCP ATM
Also, less than a block from the building, you will find a MASS chain convenience store, which is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, very useful for everyday shopping (they accept cards)
We are just an 8-minute WALK from the Aventura Porongoche Mall (3 minutes by taxi), which is the largest shopping center in Arequipa, and we are a 15-minute WALK from the Outlet Arauco shopping center (formerly Parque Lambramani) (5 minutes by taxi)
Just an 8-minute WALK away is the renowned tourist hot spot LOS GUISOS AREQUIPEÑOS and 5 minutes away by taxi is another renowned hot spot such as LA TRADICION AREQUIPEÑA, both excellent options for lunch (attention from 12pm to 4:30pm)
For dinner, I recommend going to either of the two nearby shopping malls to find a greater variety of options or you can also visit BOULEVARD PIZARRO (both are open until 10pm)
