A 18th century olive plantation with a tobacco tower exquisitly restored with the original beams and stone floor into a guest house. It is composed of 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom on two floors. There is a living room and a big dining room seating 8 with an open kitchen. Outside there is an infinity swimming pool, a pergola attached to the guest house and an outdoor barbecue big enough for grilling a lamb.. Quiet and peaceful with magnificient unobstructed views of the olive plantation and the green hills of Umbria yet only a few minutes by walking or automobile into Umbertide.

We have a film library for your enjoyment so you only have to choose and ask the housekeeper to give you the film.
There is also many fiction and non-fiction books for your perusal and we only ask that if you take the book then please leave another one behind for future guests.
Interaction with Guests
If I am there then I normally invite them to a barbecue and some wonderful Montefalco wine and offer inside tips on what to see or do.

I have two kids and an overweight Labrardor that just loves to eat pasta.
We love to have guests from all over the world and are very excited to show them our small little corner of it- from the culture to the food to the Sagrantino wine.. Everything that Umbria can offer and even parts of the Marche and Tuscany which border us.
We are a well-travelled family and I have lived in both Asia and the USA before settling here.
I am a purveyor of fresh truffles, olive oil, aceto balsamico and wine into Germany when I am not doing yoga, cycling, cooking, swimming, scuba diving, sightseeing or reading
