Recently renovated studio apartment located on Ludlow Street in Manhattan, downtown New York. Accommodates up to 3 guests but 2 is recommended. One real bed + one new couch pull out. Linens / towels provided of course. Located on the 2nd floor. Great light. Great building. Exciting neighborhood.
400 sq feet of charcoal grey wood floors, dual West facing windows providing generous natural light, queen size memory foam mattress, fold out couch, double fireplaces (non functional although lovely with candles), bathtub / shower, recently painted in a recently renovated building. Nice amenities for cooking, gas stove, nice fridge. Spacious, orderly and quite smart.
Located on a low key block of the infamous Ludlow Street. All the action you've ever dreamed of and then some can be found within a stone's throw. Endless galleries, fantastic restaurants, wine bars and of course dive bars galore. There is no excuse for boredom down in these parts. The LES is one of the most colorful, vibrant and exciting places in the world.
We have 3 subway stations an equidistant 3 minute walk from the apartment and there are plenty of cabs buzzing around the clock.

We had a great time in LES!! Ryan's apartment is perfectly located for experiencing NYC. The studio is nice and clean and Ryan contacted us a few times to see everything was right. We love being in this neighborhood, near Chinatown, near SOHO, near Wallstreet, and so on. Nice bars and restaurants for good / healthy food at Ludlow street where the apartment is in. In the streets around like Orchard, Rivington, Broome there's a great ambiance, nice restaurants and bars. For example, around the corner is Katz and also Russ & Daughters. The apartment is not the most quiet, but hey we're in NY, so we did enjoy the sounds of the cars, working people at night (and we slept right through it because of the long days we make ourselves of course!)
Ryan's place is great. It's very clean and has everything you need to enjoy New York. It's in an great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. We needed Ryan when the modem (of the internet) didn't work and he was there immediately to help us. He called with the provider and a friend of him replaced the modem. Excellent!!!
Highly recommend to stay here. Great value for money!
Really awesome location and lovely studio with lots of space. Ryan was very responsive and really lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!
My partner and I just got back from a 7 night stay in this gorgeous Ludlow Studio apartment. We had a lovely time, and even though it was incredibly cold outside, we were perfectly warm and cosy inside. Ryan was super helpful about any issues that we might of had, and got back to us very quickly. It was a great location to stay in, close to the Subway as well as many restaurants, and boutiques. We are really happy with our choice to stay here, and wouldn't change a thing.
Vår värd Ryan tog väl hand om oss, och höll kontakt med oss både inför och under vistelsen. Lägenheten var bekväm, hemtrevlig och ligger i ett bra område med nära tillgång till restauranger och uteliv.
Ryan was great as was the location .Although we didnt meet Ryan he was super attentive via messaging with any question we had. We had the most amazing time in a very cute apartment in the most amazing city. The location excellent.
The appartment was as descibed there were not any unplanned surprises, it was comfortable very near to shops, market, galleries etc, and the lower East Side is an interesting part of NY.
Ryan allways gave us a quick and concise response to any queries we had and he often contacted us to ask if all was well and even gave us the address of some good eating places.

And pleasure to meet you all. I do interior renovations professionally and have renovated the spaces to let in addition to the newly renovated common hall space and other units here in the building. Additionally, I live in the building on a seasonal basis.
I have a brother who is a safari guide in Southern Africa and I travel there once a year to go camping in the bush / take in the sights.
Regardless of where you stay in New York I hope you enjoy the excitement this city has to offer.
