Modern vacation home located in a quiet location, with a breathtaking view of Lake Como, on the edge of a forest at the end of the small town of Montemezzo, just 5 km from Gera Lario (CO), in a quiet location. Ideal for lovers of water sports and/or hiking or mountain biking.

The space
EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL!
Villa Alex is surrounded by nature, at the end of the small village of Montemezzo, away from the stress and chaos, and can accommodate up to 10 people (plus three children up to 3 years old).
The residence consists of TWO apartments, which can both be made available upon request (subject to availability) to accommodate groups of friends or large families.
Many guests have appreciated this possibility, to be able to spend vacations in a group or family, free from constraints and in total autonomy, on a large surface!
The villa enjoys a breathtaking 180° view of the fantastic Lake Como! It ranges from Valtellina to Bellagio at a glance.
The villa is on two levels: the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area in the attic, for a total area of about 170 square meters.
The large windows positioned on almost the entire perimeter allow the lake to be seen from every corner of the house!
The living area is very functional, spacious and furnished with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Here you will find: the large kitchen area (with pantry) super-equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils, and the dining area in the fully glazed veranda directly overlooking the pool, consisting of an oval wooden table that can accommodate up to 8 people. The large living room completes the living area, a small bathroom with toilet and sink provides all the comforts.
Accessing by a staircase you reach the sleeping area (in the attic), entirely attic, which includes: a master bedroom with double bed with attached bathroom, consisting of sink, bidet, toilet and large shower, and walk-in closet, both for the exclusive use of the master bedroom.
The second double bedroom has a large balcony located right in front of the majestic Mount Legnone, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, two cribs and a changing table.
Both rooms have a bathroom complete with sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
PRIVACY IS GUARANTEED BY THE PRESENCE OF ELECTRIC BLACKOUT SHADES ON EVERY WINDOW THAT CAN BE RAISED AND LOWERED BY SIMPLY PRESSING A SWITCH.
