About this listing
Stroll along Clifton's most iconic Crescent to our first floor apartment and a large and luxurious double room with your own shower room. Boutiques, delis, cafés and the spectacular Suspension Bridge are a three minute walk. We'd love to welcome you!
A spacious and light-filled room with two huge Georgian windows overlooking the gardens. This was our son's room but he's working in London now so we've given it an elegant makeover - he won't recognise the old place. Egyptian cotton sheets on the brand new king-size bed, vintage pieces, muted colours and lots of episodes of Cheers to watch. Fresh coffee and a selection of teas are provided. If you would like to order a continental breakfast to be served in your room or on the balcony (with amazing views), just let us know - £5 per person.
There is free on street parking and we usually manage to find a space very close to the flat. We are also just a few minutes walk from the 8 or 9 bus stop which goes to Temple Meads station via the centre and Cabot Circus. The easiest thing though is just go on foot though as we are within walking distance of museums, theatres, Bristol University, Bristol Zoo, the Harbourside, the Downs and of course, the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
Guests have their own shower room with Egyptian cotton towels. The flat is very large so the guest room and bathroom feel quite separate.
Interaction with Guests
We will be there to welcome you to our home and make sure you have everything you need including privacy! We can recommend great local restaurants, bars and other attractions.
Other Things to Note
We do have an unobtrusive cat called Mabel but she's been told in no uncertain terms not to go in the guest room! Unfortunately we can't accept guests' pets - sorry.
As this is our home, we just ask that you respect it as you would if you were staying with your friends.
It's not a party venue so we think that if you're off to a stag or hen do, you'd probably have a lot more fun somewhere else!
No smoking anywhere and that includes leaning out of the window with your arm at full stretch.
